Ackeno just left and he did a great job! He is straightforward and honest, hustled to get the job done (leak under kitchen sink), and was very fair and transparent with pricing. I told him he is now my guy for all plumbing needs! It's unfortunate that Ron M. had a bad experience (November 2023, as per review below), but based on my experience, there must have been some kind of misunderstanding or miscommunication because Ackeno is a real stand-up guy! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire him again or refer him to friends.

Ackeno provided me with a free quote and delivered exactly what he promised, including a drain pan with drain system. I was considering between tankless and conventional water heaters, and Ackeno was very knowledgeable about both systems. He's very cost-conscious for his customers, and the price was reasonable. The water heater he got for me is a high-quality commercial one, which is more durable against corrosion. I'm glad I hired HSM.

Refused to complete a shower body install after being paid. I now have a shower without a handle. Wanted cash and did not wish to provide a receipt. Missed soldering a connection which luckily, I noticed and did before closing the wall. The worker is an amateur with limited experience. DO NOT count on them to do the job. Get someone experienced that will complete the job.

Had to replace the faucet in my bathroom as well as the water filter in our kitchen. They were responsive, got me a quick quote and came by today and took care of what needed to be done. Any other plumbing issues I'll be contacting HSM.
