We have had some issues with our shower. Called the home choice warranty and set up an appointment with HRP plumbing. Eric came and diagnoses everything . He told me he needed approval from the home choice warranty . The next two days, Erick and Eddy came back to fix the problem.
He took the time to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend it. Thank you, HRP plumbing.

I own a mobile home that came with cheap, plastic bathtub faucets. The handle broke off and Home Warranty of America wouldn't cover the cost of the repair. There is no front access, so a rear access panel needed to be cut on the other side of the wall.

HRP Plumbing & Heating quoted the lowest price and were able to come back in a few days to perform the repair/installation.

Erik and Eddie are a great and personable team. They accurately cut the smallest possible hole and answered questions I had about plumbing and products. Erik is a knowledgeable expert in his field. I have high hopes for his business and would definitely hire them again.

1) Didn't call despite being 45 minutes later than the given window

2) Refused to wear a mask and said that 'he doesn't wear masks'. This person is going from home to home without proper personal protective equipment during a pandemic, so I would not let this person into your house.

3) If he refuses to abide by state laws around masks, I wouldn't trust his ability to follow proper codes too. If state mask laws are seen as a nuisance, then would you trust him to do proper work?

Avoid at all costs.

I have been on the investment side of real estate for about 20 years, and I have yet to come across someone as professional as Erik. I rehab, own and manage multiple properties, thus I have used a plethora of contractors over the years, but none have compared to Erik's knowledge, experience and honesty.

In all the years of dealing with contractors, it is the rare contractor that follows thru on a job to completion. Erik is a man of his word, so if he says he'll be there, he'll be there, you can count on it!

Since my review HRP Plumbing has made restitution for the way they treated my home. I just hope this was a learning experience to them and the next time they are awarded a job in someone's home they make sure their workers take proper steps and care to protect the contents of the home. After the initial removal of all the dust weeks later I am still dusting because there is still dust in the air. I do appreciate their gesture at trying to make things right.
