This company is horrible!!!!
Do not waste your time.Had an appointment for 8am by 9am still did not show up and had not heard,no text no call nothing from them so contacted them myself said they were running late and how about 11am instead? So waited till 11am and still no show contacted again myself and said still running late. Needless to say by 6pm still no contact and never showed up. Horrible communication.

First time going through this problem. My main sewer line was backup. The water backed up into my toilet downstairs, water overflowed and wetting my floor. Luckily I have the rug doctor and quickly sucked up all the water. I opened the sewer clean out to relieve air pressure - at this point, all back up water from using toilet, washer, dishwasher, sink and etc. flow out from here instead of flowing out of my toilet. What a relief, but this still did not solve my problem. I spent the whole morning cleaning and sanitizing my in inside floor and backyard cement floor. Very frustrating day. After understand the problem. I Finally decide to contact a professional for help.

I was very lucky to find John! John is extremely professional, honest and straightforward with the service pricing. He sent James within 2hrs. James was very honest, informative, patient, nice! He worked very hard and diligent to resolve my problem.
They solve my whole day of headaches and worries. I immediately store John's contact info. for any future plumbing service. I hardly write review, but I have to for John & James. I am very...happy with this company service! I can't thank you enough.

I called this business that advertised any drain snaked for $69 flat rate , any main, any shower, toilet, sink, etc. When I called him, he said $89 because it was the main. I asked him if he advertised $69 for mains, and he simply just hung up on me. If you want someone to change the price on you, and rude as hell, please call this plumber. I simply called someone else and they came out and cleared it in 20 minutes for the same price

I did not end up using John's services, but he was very helpful. He was willing to come to my after 8pm. He even looked at a few pics I texted him. I would have used him , but someone else came by after I called a few plumbers.

I don't usually give reviews but with the excellent service I've experienced with HRD Plumbing I couldn't pass on it so others will also benefit how great this company is, especially with John who I called on Saturday afternoon on a short notice, responded and showed up in less than 20mins. John is excellent on what he does, and make sure that everything is up and running. He fixed the leak in less than half and hr. I highly recommend his service....

John is very responsive to my request for my water leak outside the house. Within 1 hour, he showed up 15 minutes even earlier. Only only I am impressed with his prompt response but his honest assessment of the problem and finding solutions to my plumbing problem. Within 1 hour he completed the work and showed up the next day to do final check to make sure the problem is fixed(no leaking of water). He communicated the plan and delivered as professional as it can be done. I would highly recommend John to anyone who needs work to be done. Thank you.
