Hired them to replace an ancient mess of iron pipes in a section of my house. Their quote was a bit higher but they had a more thorough check that I trusted more.

Work progressed as expected and they were a pleasure to work with. It's brutal work in a tiny crawlspace yet they keep level heads. Plumbing was usable at the end of each day. They filed permits and passed inspection.

Maybe I'm being mean, but -1 star for some rushed cleanup at the end of the day. My bathroom almost flooded and I spent more time than expected cleaning up dust, toilet seal wax, and shattered iron.

I'd hire them again. The end result is that they were always dedicated to finishing the job correctly and making my plumbing nightmare go away.

I had leakage from the the water pressure regulator and needed replace the main valve of the waterline outside of the house. I reached out to HR Silicon Valley Plumbers and got the response from them immediately. Dominick came in as scheduled. He is very professional and quickly help me to decide what to fix and replace with reasonable cost comparing with out companies I received from Yelp. DO NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS While they were quick to respond and the repairman was friendly, the company is suspect. I had them snake my secondary drain and when he left, I was told I have a 30 day warranty on the work. The very next day, the same drain backed up again and Henry (owner) called me and said there is no warranty but would do this as a ""favor"". They also told me I should replace my secondary line as the slope was great enough for the water to drain. I asked for a quote and a timeline but never heard back. Maybe it's a good thing. DO NOT USE

My siblings and I could not be happier. We all live out of town from our mother who hadn't used her walk in shower since moving in 16 years ago because of some problem with the mixing valve.
For starters, Henry rose above the rest with a free on-sight quote. He was optimistic about resolving our issue and did so the same day as he quoted the repair. It was a small fraction compared to the other flat rate or sight unseen estimates from everyone else - and I DID my shopping. He was so communicative and sent photos as he went along. Henry was able to repair the valve, instead of replacing! He was so respectful and helpful to our mother, explaining how to use the temperature valve equipped with memory.
I cannot say enough about HR Silicon Valley Plumbers. Their number will always be found, (alone), in my contacts under plumbing.
