Henry was quick to schedule a time to come out and review the project. He kept me informed and gave me additional details on overall project scope. They were not the cheapest but based on Yelp/Google reviews and in general how Henry approached the project, I went with the company. It was the right choice.

I got scheduled for installation few days out, I was informed that the lead time was few days at least. An earlier opening became available and I was able to get the work done early. Henry came back with the crew (I didn't have to repeat myself) and they got the work done in scheduled time.

Great folks! They will not nickel-and-dime you. They found the issue with my drain line and fixed it for very good value. They also helped find fix issues with the shower head clogging due to sedimentation for free - they told me to just do it and save the money as it was a simple job. Overall great experience!

This is actually one review for two fantastic jobs that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers have done for us in April and May, respectively.

First job was installing a new Smart Toilet and moving one existing toilet to another bathroom. Henry and his crew showed up on time with all the preparations - coverage for our hardwood floors all the way from the bathrooms to the entrance, shoe covers, etc - and got the job done within two hours. They were professional, friendly and effective.

I didn't write the review as it was our first time. And I want to wait until we have another job to see if they are consistent. And boy, they did.

My second job was fixing the kitchen sink for an rental property. I was traveling when the tenant called in a panicky way - ""Kitchen sink was clogged! Help!"".

I contacted HR Silicon Valley in the morning. In two hours, Henry and his crew were there - yes on the same day - and voila. They fixed the problem in no time.

Now, that's when I know that these guys - especially Henry - are totally accountable. And I will never have to find any other plumbers in the Bay Area!

PS - Did I mention how comfortable that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers use real-time messaging scheduling platform to keep me informed at every step when they dispatch someone? And the entire order-to-invoice process is so smooth? Wow. It's really THE Silicon Valley experience!

They have completed the job, but will think twice before calling them again.
They didn't use boot/dirt protectors and left my house very dirty.
Usually plumbers clean their mess before they leave. HR Silicon Valley just left the worksite very dirty behind them.

NEVER USE HR Silicon Valley Plumbers--they did a SMALL plumbing repair for me. I then had problems with my sewer line and asked them if they could repair it. They returned and literally traumatized me. The sewer line was in need of immediate repair, and I trusted them from the last small job they did earlier. They shot water down the line, then used a camera to show me there was water in the line...I questioned them---""Of course there's water, you just shot gallons of water into the sewer line."" They insisted the water was already there but wasn't able to show me proof when I asked for it (my insurance carrier told me, if your sewer line is under water and they used a camera, they should be able to show you proof). I guess they figured they had a 'stupid, vulnerable customer'. The camera and water they shot down the line was NEVER pre-approved or QUOTED. What they did quote was an astronomical amount of money to repair the sewer line. $50,000 to $60,000 and said, ""But it'll be just like having a new home"" We'll have to jack-hammer your patio and tear up the cement, dig up your backyard and dig up your floors in your house to get to the sewer line and replace it....I was traumatized!! and scared and literally trembling--my blood pressure was through the roof. Then they shoved a piece of paper in my face saying I could get the charges financed. Luckily, I had the wherewithal to call my son. They feed him the same cock-and-bull story; he asked them a lot of details about the quote they gave me, said 'thank you we'll call you back if we decide to use you.' We used another plumbing service with an impeccable reputation, that has done work in San Jose for more than 20 years. The repair was less than $5,000, they located the damage to the sewer line in the front yard, and only excavated a six-foot hole in the front yard. And guess what, there was NEVER any Standing Water in the line!!
HR Silicon Valley Plumbers are ""SCHIESTERS"" who prey on vulnerable people in order to pump up their prices!! Read their reviews CAREFULLY and Use them at your own risk!

Henry, Auggie, and Troy did a remarkable job with an assortment of tasks I wanted to handle at the same time as addressing a leak. (I also appreciated Henry teaching his son Issac the family trade.)

For my leak, they uncovered a nonstandard installation, found a replacement gasket, and bound the pipe into place. I'm optimistic that this repair will last.

Henry was also the only plumber I talked to that inspected my water heater and shower in detail and that I felt confident in maintaining the water heater and installing a new shower panel.

We replaced an insta-hot faucet in the kitchen, as well as a number of calcified angle stops and a whistling float and valve assembly in a toilet. Henry and his team were very helpful and responsive, and provided good value for the work that we needed done.
