Yvette C.Received an $11,000 quote for a Navien NCB-E combi-boiler. I told Hector over the phone I wanted an oil to gas conversion done and I needed a quote for a steam boiler. Even though he was polite and professional, he tried to sell me something I didn't need in my home. Prior to meeting with him, I've received several other quotes ranging from $6-9,000 for steam boilers. Now here's what made me come and write this review. I researched Navien and they have over a dozen complaints on BBB!! I did not find any positive reviews when looking them up, all complaints! Beware.
