I requested a quote on Yelp for toilet installation. I was quoted a price and asked if I could use the Yelp discount. The business manager responded and said yes I could use the new customer discount. I scheduled a time for them to come. The appointment window was 10-2 today. At 1:45 pm, I haven't received a call or message. I call and they say they have been busy. It should be 30-45 minutes. So after an hour with no call, I call again. They said they will be calling me. They call and then show up a little while later. Now, they quoted me a higher price. I ask why it is more than the original quoted price and they say that is the price. So I show them the messages from the business manager and they say when did you talk to him? I said Wednesday and they say he was fired yesterday. Ok, that just sounds shady so I said forget it and we will schedule something another time. I wasted my whole day for this inconsiderate, shady company. It sounds like bs just so you wouldn't have to honor the original price and discount.

Jesse was punctual, courteous and efficient. He completed the job in a timely manner and picked up all the trash related to the project. I couldn't ask for more.

First, when I booked they said between 4-6 pm. Ok, cool. 3:30 Johel called me and showed up 10 mins later. Excellent!! I explained what I was told the problem was (broken line) he says, I hope not that is a 2 guy job with a ""per hour"" rate. He walked in the bathroom, looked and a second later says, ""oh! Its clogged. I'll get started!"" Boom!! Like the pro he is he got the job got done. It was a pretty bad back up (don't use flushable wipes y'all) but superman made it go away. He was honest the whole way through. Told me what the possibilities were and the prices but luckily it was easier than we thought. I got lucky!! Johel, you are the man!!

Kenneth showed up on time, wearing a mask. He was able to size up the job, go to Dixieline for the right part and install it quickly and professionally at my home within an hour. Excellent plumber!

As an homeowner and Realtor I have seen it all. And it hasn't been pretty. I am taking the time for this review because this company was beyond my expectations. Kenneth came out and replace my hardware in a shower/ bath. He did an outstanding job! Price, materials, on time, polite , professional, friendly all made a huge difference! The technician, Albert Sanchez, did a great job! He was on time, professional, thorough, efficient, polite and friendly. Our water heater failed yesterday (Sunday) and HPS replaced it this morning.

Called HPS on a Saturday for an emergency call out due to an outdoor pipe breaking. HPS sent out a technician in less than a hour. Albert Sanchez was the technician and was extremely knowledgeable and fast. Pricing was reasonable due to it being a Saturday.

Highly recommend this local company. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Albert and HPS plumbing!

Johel Morales, the Service Technician, arrived exactly at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation, listened to my comments and prepared an accurate estimate along with an accurate estimate of the time needed to complete the repair. He conducted himself in an entirely professional and friendly manner. When he was finished he explained what had caused the problem and presented a solution to avoid this problem in the future.

HPS responded within about 10 minutes after I left a voice mail about an urgent issue. One company responded the next day and one never called back at all.

They sent Kenneth out within an hour. He spent about 15 minutes diagnosing my problem and trying to correct the mistakes made by the ""handyman"" who had tried to fix the leaking hose on my pull down kitchen faucet. He said that he could not fix it properly and still guarantee his work. Even though I offered, he did not charge me for this visit.

His recommendation was to replace it with an entirely new faucet and that he had time early the next morning to install it. His estimated charge was about half the price I was quoted by another plumbing company.

We went out to Home Depot that evening, bought a new faucet, and Kenneth installed it first thing the next morning. Still working great 3 weeks later.

I highly recommend HFS and Kenneth for any plumbing issue and they will be the first one we call in the future.

Same day service - doesn't get much better than that! Purchased a new kitchen faucet....hubby took one look at it and knew he didn't want to tackle the install, so we contacted HPS and they were able to come out the same day! Frankie was polite, professional and fun to talk with. He did a great job. Will definitely use HPS again!
