They were prompt and worked hard to finish quickly. Workmanship was solid. Ryan was very responsive when we called with questions before and after the job.

Great customer service. Not only is the work they do excellent, fast and reasonably priced -- they took care of all the issues with the infuriating Home Warranty bureaucrats. My hot water heater sprung a bad leak Friday afternoon and no one would else would come out to even take a look. Ryan had one of his people take care of the whole thing right away! Very nice people too. Professional and polite.

We had just moved into our new house in JAN 2013 and noticed that our monthly water bill had increased over 100+% in 6 months. We couldn't figure out why. I searched and found HPI and they immediately came over to troubleshoot. My wife and I had our worst nightmare come true as first time home owners- a slab leak from the main line after only moved in for 10 months. Ryan and his team scheduled with us the re-pipe of our entire entire house (built in 1979) as well as worked with local construction team to help re-build our kitchen, floors, walls, paints etc.. An enormous job that took many men. They re-pipe was done in 1-2 days. Unbelievable how quickly they were able to tackle this job for us. They shared our sympathy and certainly provided us the support we needed to remain calm and work with our home insurance to cover the fixes. HPI was magnificent to say the least, so much that we asked them back to help with new fixtures for our bathrooms and to also install a tankless water heater- my old one busted after the re-pipe a few month afterwards. We pretty much have a new house now. :)) Chris, Ryan, John, and many other are due for recognition for their teamwork.

Called and they said they'd call back within an hour when they were on the way. No call within the hour. Called again and was told the same thing. Still no call. Called Roto-rooter who showed up in 20 minutes with two guys and a giant snake. Fixed it within 30 minutes. Included pads for spillage and then soaped up any remaining mess. Impressed with Roto-rooter. Not so much with Hannegan. . .

Was told they'd be there on a Friday. They called Friday to say they can't come until Sat but would be there 8 am sharp. Called Sat morn to say ""running late"" . By 9:30 no word and didn't answer phone. Had to call another plumber that did show up.

Dan, Kevin and Charlie are first rate plumbers. I've hired them several times now, including a whole house re-pipe, new water heater and simple things like faucets and drain cleaning. These guys don't just take their work seriously, they are passionate about plumbing, like an artist would be passionate about their painting or song.

Every time I call them they tell me when they can stop by and they are always on time and polite. Their prices are very competitive, too. HUGE THUMBS UP!!

Hannegan Plumbing gets an A+++++ and Ryan Hannegan is a superstar. It was a Saturday at 2 pm and our water heater was leaking. I called Hannegan Plumbing (google search) Ryan picked right up and said ""I will there in an hour!"" He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He installed our new water heater and did extras too like replacing a broken valve, cleaned up, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. We did not pay ""emergency plumbing prices"" like every other plumber would charge just because it was a Saturday. Their prices are very competitive and super reasonable (price was slightly less than Lowes and Home Depot) and the service was stellar! I will refer Hannegan Plumbing to everyone I know and will absolutely use them again!
