I was referred to this company from a friend's referral. Initially, I contacted Ryan at HPI, who was helpful and responsive initially in getting me in contact with his worker Teyo. Teyo was responsive and came out quickly to fix my toilet leakage. However, before the repair, there was no written quote/estimate. It was verbal and not very clear what needed to be done but I went with it and had him fix my leak before it got worse. He was friendly , quick and got the job done. I then reached out to Ryan via phone call, text, email for an invoice since I sent payment via Venmo and NO response or follow up from Ryan.

I would like more detail on what was done, and have an invoice in hand but cannot get a hold of anyone that will provide this.

I had hpi trimona through first American home warranty. Our garbage disposal needed to be replaced that was covered by the warranty. The guy came and after checking, he said we had to pay $225 extra in addition to the home warranty fee of $75. After challenging and requesting several times for explanation, they finally said they have to extend the line, but could not elaborate more as to what line. Finally, I called a different plumber myself and he came and replaced the unit for $175 all together and no line needed to be extended. HPI Plumbing seem to be one of the most dishonest plumbers around. I do not recommend them at all.

Ryan and his team are top-notch. They were quick to respond to our need of clearing out our clogged kitchen sink. Professional, quick, and cleaned up nicely after they were finished! I highly recommend them.

They repipe through only my Garage. They came at 1PM and finished at 5:45! They charged me $18,00.00!!!! More than a surgeon per hour!!!
They left all the dry wall, brock my Garage cabinet & did not clean after their work! They said that they never fix a drywall!!!
Will never use them again!

Ryan and his company are the only plumbers we will call. They always respond to our emergencies quickly. When he or the brothers are here they are always polite and work wonders. They have come for a simple clogged toilet, a clogged sink. We have used they for a repipe of the entire house and yesterday they fixed a gas leak. The workers are always nice and answered all of my questions.
I would highly recommend HPI for all hour needs.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the quality of work we received from HPI Plumbing. Our water heater had broke and leaked water through the wood stand it was sitting on and into our garage. Ryan sent two men to replace the water heater. He quoted us $1200 over the phone and said it may be ""a little more"" because of the water damage. The two men did not repair the drenched wood stand it was sitting on and started to re-use the old soaking wet wood planks to put underneath the new water heater, until my husband said wait what are you doing and said no way. The two men did not bring any supplies to use for the stand so my husband gave them old wood planks that we happened to have in our backyard. So they placed OUR wood planks over an existing drenched plywood and they were happy with that job. In addition, these guys never placed a pan or tray underneath our new water heater. Not quality work in our eyes. When the job was all done, we were quoted $1650 from these guys and we asked why. We were told it was because they are leaving two fans to dry out underneath the stand. We called Ryan and told him the situation and his initial response was well, they built you a new stand and that's why it's more. I told him that they absolutely did not build us a new stand and told him that the plywood is the old drenched plywood and that our wood planks that were in our backyard were used. Was a new stand supposed to have been built? If that's the case, then absolutely I would have paid the $1650 for quality work. All of this was acceptable to Ryan and it really disappoints us that he didn't make it right with building us a new stand. We would not recommend them.

HPI is the only plumber I will call. Over the years They have done a whole house repipe and installed tankless water heater. Fixed a snapped pipe attached to the house and changed a few faucets. Quick response and reliable.

Ryan sent Miguel to our home to address the leaky faucet that was looking water under our cabinet. We finally have a kitchen faucet that can actually wash dishes! Miguel went to the local Ferguson's, picked us out a new faucet, and installed it right away. We never knew that a new faucet could bring so much joy. If we would have installed when we first moved here, we could have had water pressure. We had no idea there was build up and that was causing the low pressure. After Miguel fixed us up he went to a friend of ours who had the same problem and fixed them right up too. Bravo.

I dropped my wedding band down my sink late on a Thursday night and felt desperate. I called Hannegan Plumbing, and Ryan was kind enough to come out right away to help me. He, of course, retrieved the ring! I couldn't be more grateful.
