As a repeat customer Rudy continues to impress with his expertise and integrity. Our home had an HVAC issue arise and our heater ultimately stopped working. My wife initially scheduled a big name competitor of Rudy's to come out concluding that the inducer motor had failed and it would be $1900 to replace. They also attempted to sell her on routine inspections on an 9 year old system. I found out and called HP Mechanical (Rudy). He was timely, thorough, friendly and informative. Rudy tested the motor and it in fact wouldn't fail after a dozen tests. He proceeded to inspect our thermostat which was functioning perfectly for our AC to cover all ends of the system. Ultimately he realized the battery terminal was slightly corroded and proceeded to clean it. And VOILA it was fixed. I can't thank you enough and guarantee you have made a life long customer.

I have used HP Mechanical for two different emergency situations, and was very happy with their level of service. Most recently, my water heater was leaking. I called Rudy at HP Mechanical, and his quote beat the other two I had received. He came over the next day(right on time), and installed a new water heater immediately. My furnace had failed. Rudy responded to my weekend Yelp enquiry instantly and scheduled a diagnostics visit with a very reasonable firm quote within minutes. All other companies wanted me to wait until Monday to 'talk.' He showed up on time and went above and beyond to ensure the diagnosis was correct--I have an engineering background and was standing next to him through it all. It was the control board, which he quickly located across the country for a 31-year-old furnace and had in hand to replace 3 days later. Every aspect of his service was stellar.

My bathtub filled up with dirty water so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation (Apes Plumbing). A worker came out and was not competent. He kept calling the owner for advice. He told me it was a clog in the clothes washer. He couldn't have been more wrong. He basically snaked the laundry pipe, got rid of the water in the tub and after an hour left.
5 days later at 3:30a water had risen in the tub and on the floor. I got Rudy's name from a contractor. and that was the best referral I've ever had! He had his team out that morning on time just as promised. They determined it was a main pipe clog. After more testing they discovered a toilet leak from the wax ring. It was a long day but they were there to fix everything! Talk about thorough and professional, this team has it in spades. And they give a 3 month warranty on their work!

Three stars for the initial phone consultation after I called around looking for someone to help me with a leak from my upstairs to the downstairs. Unfortunately, they no showed on me not once but twice within two weeks so I ended up reaching out to other plumbing/handyman services. Fingers crossed I can find someone to take a look at my pipes before something catastrophic happens.
