While staying temporarily with my son, who is ill, the garbage disposal began to leak after washing dishes and using it. This happened on New Years Day. I found excellent reviews for this plumbing company, checked out their license, and called them the next morning. Gabriel Hoyt answered his phone immediately, advised me his regular schedule was full for the rest of the week but offered a very early morning appointment for Thursday...just two days away. I was delighted to accept! When told the disposal unit was 13 years old, he advised it needed to be replaced and informed me of his labor charge. He then gave me a choice of either buying a new disposal unit myself or he could pick one up and install it at an additional charge. I asked him to pick one up for me. He arrived on time and went right to work. He answered all my questions and took the time to assist with adjusting the temperature gauge on the water heater, as I had asked why the kitchen sink water never got hot enough to do dishes. He is an efficient, friendly and kind man who did exactly what was needed and charged a reasonable amount for his services. I will make sure my son knows who to call for his next plumbing services!
