I have to disagree with Matt's review who gave these folks a ""1 star"". They have always serviced our residential well and we don't have $10 million by any means. They are fast, efficient and have always been able to repair our well. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We received excellent customer service. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable when we experienced a major plumbing issue with our home and Jeff provided several options for us and when they didn't have what we needed, they personally called another company and secured the parts that we needed. (Which was greatly appreciated considering we don't know all of the plumbing lingo). They were honest and knowledgeable, I would recommend them.

If you are dealing with these guys, you had better be a business with over $10 million in revenue. These guys are not interested in helping people with small agricultural projects or with residential wells. Be prepared for promises and the immediate disappointment that follows.

I have dealt with these guys twice, and I have finally learned my lesson. They are local and were recommended by local farmers. That, and the fact that these guys have been in business since 1938, leads me to believe that this place has gone downhill in terms of service. Save yourself some time and go with someone who will help you and respect your business.

I hired Howk Systems to install an irrigation system for 460 pomegranates trees on my property in Ripon. Two weeks after the system was installed, I noticed multiple pomegranate trees were not getting water and many had died. I contacted Howk and spoke with their sales manager Robert. Robert was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to explain the issue. I would never hire this company for any future work. Any company that treats their customers the way I was treated does not deserve any future business in my opinion. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
