Had an emergency leak on our irrigation line. Called with my problem and was told they could have someone out at """"some point today, weather allowing"""". Less than an hour later, Dewey gave me a call back and said he was 10 minutes out. 30 minutes, pipe was cut and replaced, water back on. Great attitude, friendly service, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be calling again for whatever service may be required next.

OK I called them they told me they're coming out the next day they show up we talk very nice person won't mention his name on here says he's going to order the part and he will call me I called them three days later leave a message for him still nothing now it's four weeks later and still nothing I told him I'm gonna let him have it on Yelp because I've had it this is bull blank

I called on Monday 2/13 for a clogged toilet problem as was able to schedule a visit between 9:00-12:00 on Wednesday 2/15. I failed to ask for a cost, my bad. I thought the charge would be based on a time/materials basis not a fixed amount. The tech aeprrived at 9:10: surveyed the problem and took 3 or 4 plunger strokes in the toilet. The clog cleared and 4 flushes was the proof. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes had elapsed. Six months ago in August we had a toilet clog up. The plumber we used cleared the clog and charged a reasonable $70.00. So imagine my complete surprise when the tech gave me a bill for $237. This was a slight break on the fixed price of $277. This am upon waking up and reflecting on my experience, I felt as though I had been rippedoff. From $70 6 months ago to $237 is difficult to absorb. I will not be using your company in the future. I called Kevin Kerbow about the situation and he went above and beyond coming to my house early in the morning before his office opened and fixed the problem in a very short time making us all very happy! Bait and switch. I recently moved into a new home and I called to get an estimate of what it would cost to unclog my sink. The lady I spoke to on the phone said the plumber would give me a quote once he assessed the job. The plumber arrived and ran some water in the sink and headed outside to get on the roof. I thought this strange, but thought it was part of his assessment. At no time was he telling me what he was doing. After about 10 minutes on the roof, he went back in the kitchen, ran some more water...and after a few minutes hooked up his machine underneath the sink and still not saying what he was doing. I then figured he took it upon himself to unclog the drain. Not once did he give me a price quote before he began the job. After he finished, he said the job cost $167. I thought this to be utterly ridiculous as I wasn't allowed the opportunity to make an informed decision. It was also utterly ridiculous since the machine did all the work. I spoke to the owner and she said that was their standard rate. if that is the case, why didn't anyone tell me that? She then tried to convince me that their price is a low price in comparison to other companies. That was not the point. The point is that the customer should know how much he or she will pay prior to conducting the job. After all, how do you (owner) know that I have $167? Would you the owner buy something before knowing the price? 23 years of my life I gave to the military. Never would I have thought that I would find such dishonesty in the civilian world. I feel ripped off, misled, and will not use these crooks again! I don't care how long you have been in business. Honesty, fairness, and taking care of customers is what counts.
