I used this plumbing company to do some plumbing work in my kitchen and utility room as I did some remodeling. They seemed to do a good job and gave me a fair price. I had them come out again to install a new toilet in my master bathroom, again a good job. Then a couple weeks ago I found wet wallboard in my utility room, a water leak inside the wall. I called them out and they found the leak to be a problem with the work they had done months earlier. NO excuses, NO trying to shift the blame they got right to work, fixed the problem, had a drywall man come and repair the damage, no charge. And a nice apology as well! Anybody can make a mistake, anything mechanical can break but how a business handles it when something happens is what makes the difference. Sun City Center plumbing is a class act in my opinion and I recommend them very highly. They are the kind of business people that make dealing with honest people enjoyable. Thank you guys!

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Had a small issue with a service call last week (things happen), and was impressed with how quickly it was taken care of and with zero hassle. Not only are they great plumbers who know their stuff, they show up when they say they will and actually return phone calls in a timely manner, something virtually un-heard of in this industry. I would refer Sun City Center Plumbing to anyone!

Bait and switch. I recently moved into a new home and I called to get an estimate of what it would cost to unclog my sink. The lady I spoke to on the phone said the plumber would give me a quote once he assessed the job. The plumber arrived and ran some water in the sink and headed outside to get on the roof. I thought this strange, but thought it was part of his assessment. At no time was he telling me what he was doing. After about 10 minutes on the roof, he went back in the kitchen, ran some more water...and after a few minutes hooked up his machine underneath the sink and still not saying what he was doing. I then figured he took it upon himself to unclog the drain. Not once did he give me a price quote before he began the job. After he finished, he said the job cost $167. I thought this to be utterly ridiculous as I wasn't allowed the opportunity to make an informed decision. It was also utterly ridiculous since the machine did all the work. I spoke to the owner and she said that was their standard rate. if that is the case, why didn't anyone tell me that? She then tried to convince me that their price is a low price in comparison to other companies. That was not the point. The point is that the customer should know how much he or she will pay prior to conducting the job. After all, how do you (owner) know that I have $167? Would you the owner buy something before knowing the price? 23 years of my life I gave to the military. Never would I have thought that I would find such dishonesty in the civilian world. I feel ripped off, misled, and will not use these crooks again! I don't care how long you have been in business. Honesty, fairness, and taking care of customers is what counts.

Have had a few plumbing emergencies - main water line leak, busted sink pipe, tree limb broke into main pipes - and they always came same day, with no issues. Always had great customer service from the office gal all the way to the owner! Will continue to call them for service, hoping that we don't need it though!
