Madeleine S.The owner Alex Howell was referred to us by HD to help us replace a one piece fiberglass bathtub/shower unit in our home. Over the phone we discussed what had to be done. Weeks went by and we finally arranged a day for him to come by but he ended up as a no show. A second attempt was made to come by that resulted in a 2 hour delay. He looked at the job and determined the price he had quoted was too low. Therefore, we had agreed to a new price and we scheduled for him to return in 2 days at 9:00am on a Saturday. Around 11:00am a txt message was sent to his mobile phone to find out where he was which was also followed by phone calls asking him to please call back as we were home waiting for him and his worker to arrive. Unfortunately, they never showed up. We never heard back from Alex or the office. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We were waiting on three separate occasions without any courtesy calls or txt messages to let us know if he was still coming.
Sadly, a lot of time was wasted waiting. It has been two months of waiting for him and the job is still not done. This is totally unacceptable.
Steve O.The owner Alex came by to diagnose the problem we were having with a leaky shower. he gave us a price, and we scheduled for him to return the following week at 9:00 am. At 9:25 I called his cell phone, and was unable to leave a message. I then called the office and did leave a voicemail asking them to please call as I was at home waiting for their arrival. I never heard back from Alex or the office. As a service professional myself, I am well aware that a customers time is very important to them. I believe when you tell someone you will do something, you do it, unless something comes up. A courtesy call would have taken but a moment. I wasted my morning waiting and still haver a leaky faucet. Looking for a professional plumber, look elsewhere.

He also rerouted a pvc pipe, lowered and installed a new toilet and sink. He is a true magician!
I would recommend him to anyone looking for great service and quality work. Don't be fool by his young looks, he is a master plumber!
