Howard is a jovial and fair guy! I'm on a fairly tight budget and was concerned that calling a union plumber was going to cost an arm and a leg, but it didn't! His prices were beyond reasonable.
He's coming back next week to install a tankless water heater. This will save us money monthly and is more eco friendly. I priced it out with other plumbing shops (sorry...just doing my homework) and Howard's bid still came in much lower than the others.
