Unreliable. Didn't deliver on promise to make a custom barn door. Took our $500.00 as a deposit and has made no effort to refund us. This process started in August 2020. Brian had had stopped communicating with us.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!

Bryan Howard advertises on FB that he makes custom barn doors. He came to our house to give us a quote and we placed our order. He assured us he would have them ready by August 31st as we were expecting guests on September 2nd. We even offered him $50 extra to rush it. We gave him a deposit of $600 with balance due upon delivery. August 31st came and went with many excuses and broken promises (parts on backorder and in traffic accident). We asked for a refund and were basically told to take him to court. Considering we are new to the area, I'm hoping this guy is not the norm. So far everyone has been great to work with.

Stay away from this so called ""business"". I gave him $300 to order hardware to install barn doors that I already had. He canceled multiple times on the install date. I eventually asked for my money back to hire someone else. He will NOT return my money or give me the hardware. It has now been 2 months and I get the run around to my messages and that's if he even answers them. Many excuses and told that he doesn't have the money and is overdrawn in his checking account which is not my fault. He has an extra $300 of MY money. I am now going to sue to get my money back. Whatever happened to customer service Howard's Handyman Services????
