We called a different plumber in the past. They came out and didn't fix the problem.

Howard Plumbing came out today. He got into the wall, found the leak, and soldered a new pipe in place to fix the problem.

The price was a respectable $230. He was here on time (unimaginable for most service businesses) and got the job done quickly. Overall awesome experience.

They came at earliest time in the morning to find problem of our leaking in the master bedrooms. They were so friendly and explained situation of how it will be fix by changing pipe. In overall I would recommend this to others because I was very happy and satisfied of their service.

I'm relatively new to the area, and a very new homeowner in the area. Therefore, I look to Yelp, especially when finding a specialized trade.

My wife and i bought an old Colonial in Catonsville. The 90% efficient gas furnace in the attic has a condensate line that runs outside from the attic to the ground. Shockingly, when it got cold...the water in the line froze outside, which lead to a backup inside. Water freezes? Who knew? How the previous owners dealt with this I don't know. Nevertheless, HVAC companies wouldn't touch it, and recommended having a plumber move the condensate line indoors.

In comes Howard Plumbing via Yelp. Patrick came to my home and took the time to really check things out, including squeezing himself over the furnace in the attic to get eyes on the layout of the potential fix. He came up with a great idea for the fix, which was really non-invasive since much of our home is plaster. He also agreed to snake the basement drain line when doing the larger project.

The work was done this Tuesday. I believe the two gentlemen who did the job were Rob and Caleb. They did a great job, dealt with a few hiccups on the drain snaking, and did the best cleanup job of any contractor I've had in any home I've lived in. All with their shoes off - I didn't even have to request that.

In summary, the price was great for the jobs; Patrick, Rob, & Caleb were all so responsive, professional, and easy to work with; and I can leave my heat on when it drops below freezing without worrying.

This is a total Yelp win.

OMG Patrick saved our ass and showed up two hours after I called, during a snowstorm after a pipe burst and flooded our basement. He and his wife provided the best possible customer service and excellent work.

If I were still young enough, I would bear his children.

One happy customer here!! I called Howard Plumbing to come out and fix a problem that I was having (no water pressure). He was out here first thing Saturday morning and fixed it immediately. His cost is reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a honest plumber. GREAT WORK!! Howard Plumbing is the way to go.

I called Howard Plumbing at 7pm on a Thursday night after finding a water tank in our basement acting more like a shower. Patrick actually answered the phone. We discussed the problem, I sent over photos. We discussed the solution and price. He agreed to send over his team in the morning with a new tank and fix it immediately.
The team turned up (slightly early!) and realised that the new tank was smaller than the one it was replacing.
After some to and fro trying to find a replacement tank (not really their fault), we got it sorted less than 24 hours after finding the problem.

Great to work with. Do what they say they are going to do. Professional.
I'm hoping not to need another plumber but if I do, Howard Plumbing will get the call.

Awesome doing business with Howard Plumbing. Our water heater crapped out on a Monday night so I called 4 plumbers at 6:15AM on a Tuesday morning asking if they could replace my water heater. Howard Plumbing called back right after they opened at 7:00am and asked if they could come around 12:30pm. I was immensely pleased that they could do it that same day (cold showers suck). Around 10:00am, I got a call from Howard asking if they could come early. He showed up around 10:45 ready to go. 90 minutes or so later, I had a new water heater installed.
The plumber, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly, happily explaining what he was doing as he worked (yes, I'm very curious and I ask a lot of questions). He cleaned up after his work too. I'd highly recommend him.

He did a great job. It was less than half the cost Roto Rooter was going to charge us! He responded very quickly and got everything fixed fast. So glad to have our bathroom back! We'll definitely use Howard's again if we have any plumbing problems in the future.
