Great service to install a hot water re circulator at my place in NE DC. One never knows what you will get from a new plumber, but this was a very pleasant surprise. Very knowledgeable, timely and 100% trustworthy. I would recommend Patrick and his crew to anyone for anything plumbing related.

Patrick (owner of Howard Plumbing) came out to our home to replace a old toilet in one of our guest bathrooms.

1. He was very professional.
2. Very knowledgeable and explained to me the difference between the standard toilet versus a high line toilet.
3. Quick and efficient. Patrick realized when he arrived that the new toilet he brought to replace ours was cracked. He immediately went to buy a brand new one and installed it without issue.
4. I inquired about having other plumbing related items upgraded around the house and he gave me approx. estimates to help me plan for future upgrades.

Overall, Howard Plumbing was a great choice to use for our plumbing needs. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends & family.

Patrick came out on a Sunday thanks to a stupid move I made while putting a nail in the wall. He arrived when he said he would, was efficient and professional. I expected to pay more and probably would have had I not found him. If I need any other work, he will be my only call.

These guys were great. I had a pipe burst and blow water all over my floor. I called a couple places and got various versions of ""we will get right back with you."" I called these guys and got right through and a plumber was at my house in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got what water back on they could and the next day came back out and fixed the problem. The price was reasonable , the service quick and the plumber tidy and courteous. I'd use them again.

I called Howard Plumbing for a sewer line repair. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and got to work very quickly. They were quick, efficient, and Patrick was also very informative, keeping me aware of exactly what they were doing and why. I really appreciated his candor and fine work ethic. Howard Plumbing does fine work and is run by an honest guy who charges a very fair rate. I will call them again for any plumbing projects or emergencies in the future.

Howard Plumbing is the best, great prices, and very accommodating with schedules. I needed handicap rails added to the bathroom for my elderly parents who would be arriving sooner than expected. Patrick called me back within a couple hours of me leaving a message, agreed to meet me in the evening to assess the project and give me a quote. He was on time, very professional and gave me a very good price for a rush job. He was able to complete the job on Saturday to accommodate my schedule, was very fast while taking the time to ensure the rails were perfectly secure and located well for ease of use, replaced the shower head while there, and stuck to the original quoted price. I highly recommend Howard Plumbing and will use them as my regular plumbers from no on.

Patrick is a super personable and knowledgeable guy! I called him past 7 pm on a weeknight and he offered to come out that night to address my kitchen sink drain issue. An hour later he showed up, cleared the blockage, worked his magic and reattached a P trap (the old one had broken and my Home Depot run resulted in one that was a little short...oops), and was out the door by 9. Fair price for prompt and friendly service...what more can you ask for?
