My heating system failed after having a flood in my basement. The service man that had installed the system is retiring and told me he would not service my system. Dean was recommended by two friends of mine and I am so thankful. He called me back even though it was after hours within a short period of time. He came right over and even had the pump needed for my system at his shop. I was so thankful he didn't need to order the part and I had heat in less than two hours. Dean was polite and professional. I could not have asked for better service!
