Saved her a fortune. I was told by another plumber I needed a new ejector pump. Howard Family replaced my float and it's worked like new ever since. Highly recommend. My tech also was on time, considerate (drained my pump until the new float arrived), and walked me through everything he would be doing.

They were hired by real estate company for a house I bought to install new water softener. They installed the wrong size softener, very very sloppy work and now the owner Cody Howard won't return any of my calls for the last 2 weeks. This company is a joke, will not stand behind their work and have inexperienced people working for them. Stay away, do not call Howard Family Plumbing for anything!!

Had a toilet backed up. Called, set the appointment and waited. Chase came over, explained the situation and got to work. Cleared the clog and then cleaned up the area. Excellent job and a great technician that represents the company well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service, the ""Family"" in Howard Family Plumbing definitely means something!! No pushy sales, the explaining in detail over what they're servicing is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, they were exactly on time and cheaper than the last guys who made me feel uncomfortable! Never switching from this company ever again!

We had our water heater leak. When the Home Depot contractor came to replace it (at a ridiculous price) he saw mold behind. We called the insurance company and a remediation company. The remediation company wanted the water heater that was just installed moved. I asked them for a recommendation and I was given Howard Family Plumbing, and told that Cody did ""amazing"" work. I called and Cody came out the next day. He moved the water heater, put it on a stand, let us keep the stand while the work was done, and put the water heater back for half of what the Home Depot contractor charged for the install. Cody custom cut and soldered the extensions for the move and kept us in hot water (in the best way) for the weeks it took for the work to be completed. Cody also removed our old, busted water softener. Cody did great work and was very responsive. I look forward to working with him again.

My hot water heater started leaking and I was looking for a professional to remove it and install a replacement. I found Cory through the Nextdoor app and he was able to come out the same day (even a late appointment since I was working), replaced the hot water heater, and had us back up and running within about an hour.
We did have one minor issue, after installation he left and I happened to go back out to the garage an hour or so later and discovered a small pin leak had appeared in the solder on the intake line. I shut off the intake and called Cory. Since it was already late (after 8:30 PM) I told him he could come back out in the morning. I knew I wasn't going to be home when he arrived but had the ability to remotely open my garage door for him to access the hot water heater. He was ahead of schedule and with our camera system, I was able to see him working and he replaced the intake ball valve, reinstalled the line, cleaned up everything, and closed the garage door as he left.
He was very professional, informative, trustworthy, respectful, and their prices were very reasonable prices compared to other quotes I received.
I highly recommend Cory and Howard Family Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
