Howald team replaced our furnace last year (Michael and Russ did a great job) and most recently we called Howald to come work on our plumbing.

Scheduling was easy and we didn't have to wait very long (1-2 days at most). Their office communicated appointment details and all the updates proactively, so we always knew what to expect and when the crew would come. Joe and Austin were professional, friendly, and got our vintage faucet fixed in under an hour. Very happy with the result and all the work was priced reasonably.

We will definitely use Howald for our future house needs and recommend to everyone.

I called Howald immediately after my furnace went out (of course it had to be the coldest week of the season), and they were extremely responsive and reliable. They showed up a couple hours later to diagnose the problems, gave a fair estimate, and the next day I had a new furnace installed! They even offer 2 free tune ups after installation. This was our first time to have Howald do our seasonal AC check-up and I could not have had a more positive experience. James was on time, polite and very knowledgable. After identifying some issues that needed attention, he would thoroughly explain why and how it should be addressed. My family has used Howald for ... well, for as long as I can remember. I rely on their service for heating and air inspections. Recently I needed a plumber. I had a great experience! My plumber arrived, took a look, offered suggestions and then while he fixed things he offered to show me what was wrong and what to look for in the future. He also gave me tips for managing old pipes- I have an older home and it's just part of it. The safety protocols for COVID-19 have been consistent with each visit I've had over the last year. We have had minor and major repairs done. Recently we needed a new thermostat user interface and the technician, James, helped me set up some functions and the app on my phone. He went above and beyond.

After another plumbing company came out and misdiagnosed where the source of a leak was, I called Howald. Austin responded immediately and came out within an hour. It turned out to be an issue for HVAC and not plumbing. Dan from HVAC was on call for the weekend and came out the same evening. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. Harry from Howald Plumbing came out last Wednesday to repair a dripping bath tub faucet. He did a great job. A week later and not a single leak or drip. He was very professional and even cleaned up when he was done. I had several other quotes for the repair and Howald not only had the best price but I found them to be the most professional. Talked to their Service Manager, Steve, who was great. I explained the situation and he was able to trouble shoot it over the phone and quote me the repair price. I am very pleased and impressed with Howald Plumbing and will definitely use them again.
