Friendly and informative on the phone in helping me to select disposer. Plumber came when promised. He too was friendly and competent. Cleaned up after his install. This is a multi-generation family business, and I appreciate that.

If you want to get a plumber, DON""T call Hovde. I called four times, three times I talked to a nice woman and she said someone would call back...NOT. She said send photos via email and someone would get back to me...NOT. Why lead someone on? Why pretend you are going to do something and then you leave them high and dry? Guess they have enough business and don't want any more. FORGET THEM!

I had an awful event, my water heater sprung a huge leak, and I was panicked about finding a reputable plumber. Hovde was referred to my by my realtor, and they could not have been better. The were prompt, efficient and kind to me about the magnitude of the basement flooding. I was a bit distraught, and they were very kind. In addition, the bill was $200 less than the estimate. It's a family business, and very honest and well run. I spoke to sue Hovde who runs the office, and Paul, the dad and John, the son who did the installation, were all wonderful.

A four-generation family business that's reliable, friendly, and quick. We got an appointment right away when others had weeks-long waiting lists. John and Paul are a great team and even course-corrected when a different carpenter messed up. And Mrs. Hovde was gracious when I lost the invoice! I hope we don't need their services again, but they'd be my first call if I did. Thanks, John!
