Professional, on time and had everything in the van for the job. We had both outside connectors replaced. Price was reasonable. They even found a couple problems and fixed those two. One could have been real bad. Needless to say, We'll call for service again. Extremely pleased.

Ryan & his crew replaced our broken water main from the meter to our house in early January. Can't thank them enough for getting us back up and running when we were without water over the holidays. They replaced our neighbors pipes under their house & we gave them a call after seeing what a great job they did next door & they didn't disappoint!

Avoid Houston Plumbing at all costs. The guy is more worried about his Yelp rating than learning how to be a plumber. Very aggressive and rude.

We called them to fix some 'home-done' piping under the deck that the previous owner had left. They offered us a couple of options with pros and cons of each, and we settled on something that would be freeze resistant thanks to their suggestions.

They also popped a nail out of our main water line when they re-pressurized, but had the materials on-hand to repair the line. This was 100% not their fault, but the fault of a previous contractor and we had been slowly leaking water in our crawl space for months.

We have been having work done on our kitchen and Ryan was the plumber contracted out from our contractor.

He stopped by one evening to take a look at what he would have to do job wise and figured out the materials needed. He communicated that he would be back the following day to complete the job. Ryan showed up in a timely manner and completed the job pretty quick. He even cleaned up after himself well.

Ryan's communication throughout the process was great. He was kind and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He was respectful of our home as well. I highly recommend!

Ryan was awesome! I inquired fb marketplace for an honest plumber & got so many referring him. I'm glad I got a hold of him, he came right out, the same day! While he was here, he fixed what I had called him out for & he also noticed a couple other things that needed to be addressed. He is VERY knowledgeable; he explained it to me easily & took care of it all. I'm so glad we found him & now have an honest, knowledgeable, fair and professional plumber to come and do all our plumbing needs!
