I've had Houston Plumbing provide service for my residential plumbing on several occasions over the past few years, and they have always provided excellent service. They show up when they say they will, their technicians are always professional and competent, and their office staff are easy to work with. Recently we had a miscommunication about some work, and Houston stood behind their work 100%. They fixed the problem without any argument at all. In my experience, they have great customer service.

Houston Plumbing helped twice in the course of a few months. First, I lost water to my house. After being told I needed a number of various expensive replacement options.. Houston Plumbing came to the rescue. They found the source of the problem, and saved me thousands. Next, my Furnace died. This time I went straight to Houston Plumbing and Heating. They came out and replaced the furnace with a new furnace at a reasonable price. The technicians were polite and professional. They answered my questions. They were respectful. Their customer service is fantastic. Both situations were resolved almost immediately, with experience and professionalism. The cost savings were greatly appreciated, as no heat, no water.. I was at their mercy. I would highly recommend Houston Plumbing and Heating for home solutions that are going to last. What you want from a contractor. Reputable products, quality service and fair price. Recently installed multiple furnace and A/C units an my residence. One unit in the attic with limited work space. They confirmed any decisions that needed to be made - good communication. On time , during reasonable working hours, accommodated around me work from home needs and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. We had a few unexpected issues pop up. They addressed each issue and gave multiple options on how to address them. I feel confident in their work. Not the cheapest quote. Did what it takes to get the job done though.

I knew what was wrong with my furnace, I contacted them and informed them of the issue. They sent someone out to tell me what I had already told them and charged me $107. While there he informed me the part would be no more than $250, wrong I got charged for $350. Then sent 2 guys out to install it and was another $107. This all took 6 days to do, which I find to be unacceptable for it being January. All and all I feel like I would not recommend to a friend.

I want to recommend this company to anyone who needs a good end result. Dustin came to my home for a pool repair leak. Quickly he identified what was the cause to my leak and provided his expertise to come up with a good solution. Found out that when our pool was installed in 2015 the filter system, motor and frogger was not properly leveled which eventually caused the leak. Dustin spent hours making sure the surface under the pool deck was level and installed a pad to help keep it level for the future. I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone. To know these individuals have knowledge and expertise to perform the work properly and at a fair price gave me a piece of mind. Thank you so much Houston Plumbing and special thanks to Dustin for all your hard work. You made Dave one very happy young man!
