I'd give this company a 0 if I could. Steer clear of doing business with them. They are shady and not professional. I called them from a pre-populated list of plumbers the city required I use to install a second meter. The lady I spoke to on the phone quoted me one price and by the time I got my approvals from the city, she lied to me and gave me a much higher price. They claimed they didn't quote me a lower price originally, but they absolutely did or else I would have found a different plumber from the cities list at the beginning of this lengthy process. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to waste to go back through the cities process, so I had to use them. They are shady for changing their prices on me, knowing it would take me longer to go back through the city, and knowing that I have to use a city approved plumber. After they finished the job, the same lady in the office continuously harassed me through email to pay the invoice even though I barely had 2 days to see the invoice come through and respond to her with questions about payment options (i.e. credit card options, etc.). She never explained how I would pay or receive the invoice - just expected me to be watching my emails all day I guess, instead of calling me and taking to me like a business should communicate with their customers. She also never explained there would be additional fees if I paid by a credit card after asking to pay by credit card. Just more shady business dealings - hidden costs and fees at the end of the job with no up front communication about that! The actual job got done because the city had to inspect the connection, but the finished product was poorly completed. The meter box is sticking up out of the ground (which is not only a major tripping hazard, but looks awful from a curb appeal perspective) and now I'm going to have to get my landscaper to fix it properly, to recess into the ground. Absolutely poor job, customer service and professionalism by this company!!

Hands down! Best Plumbing Company, i couldn't be anymore thankful , I called because I was having trouble with my water heater. Gave them a call and they got me scheduled right away and as soon as they arrived, they came in got everything replaced quick and professionally. I would highly recommend

I hired this team to replace two toilets in my home. They suggested the taller, enlongated ones. And i could not be happier.

They also came out during the winter freeze and helped take care of a leak i had. They were responsive and very helpful and got the job done.

Contractors for this company came out and dug up my yard trying to tap into a water main for a house that was being built across the street and wasn't suppose to. They left a huge hole in my yard and now they won't come to repair it. It's been since July 15, 2021. They even tore up the sidewalk in the process. I called the company and complained about it and they told me that someone would come to repair it. I spoke to a lady named Lucy. Now when I call, they either hang up on me or just don't answer their phone at all. What kind of company does that?
