Richard Hously and his wife rented out apartment above the business building, though tenants paid their monthly rent, the Housleys evicted tenants regardless of loyal rent payments to turn the apartments into travel stay rooms, yet their employees are unprofessional Mexicans and Richard Hously has a bad reputation apparently of his demeanor and character

My daughter recommended them to me, she said they came out the next day, work was efficient and done well and the price was very reasonable. It's reasonable that I had high hopes for good service. This was not the case I haven't received ANY service from them. I have phoned them at least four times, over about three weeks, and each time I was told their ""scheduler"" would call me and set up a time. I never received a call. The last call, I finally spoke with one of the women in the office and she assured me Richard would call me, himself, first thing the following day. He didn't.

Very nice people. I called for a drain pipe that rusted and was leaking down into my basement. It wasn't a huge emergency as we just turned the water off for that particular line, but they came out the day after I called. The gentleman that came was friendly, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I was surprised at the bill as well, I was expecting to pay out an arm and a leg for professional plumbing services and it was actually very fair and reasonable! I will definitely be using them again in the future should I need plumbing services....and they are local as well !!
