After months of ""I'll fix that handle Mom"" I decided to just call a professional and get it done right. It started six month ago. I know my son is a businessman and not a plumber but geez, how hard can it be to replace the handle on a toilet? Okay mom, just get the part and I'll take care of it.....parts ordered, just in case I ordered two sets of the required parts from Amazon, told my son when they arrived, then waited....and waited....and waited. Finally the day arrived when the handle died and my son didn't have much choice but to repair it. As I said, he's not a plumber but he was so proud that he ""fixed"" it....the handle was backwards but yep it worked. Several parts of the assembly apparently weren't needed he said as I eyed those leftovers suspiciously. After a few days the handle became more difficult to turn for flushing and as I remembered those missing parts the handle it stopped turning completely. My son finally relented and told me to call a pro I almost started singing the Hallelujah chorus! Ok so yesterday I opened the trusted Yelp app and entered Plumbers. After answering a few questions as to what type (Toto) problem (flush handle broken) where (Aiea) contact (phone) my inquiry was sent. Boom I started receiving responses from companies giving estimates and times available. I chose Ronnie's estimate at $150 and appt time for 3:00 same day. So at 2:20 yesterday afternoon Ronnie calls to advise he finished his previous job early and would it be okay to come now? Sure it was, better early than when everyone comes home and he's blocking the access to the house. In comes Ronnie, nice guy not shy of my two pooches, to assess my toilet issues. First thing he says ""oh, you didn't mention it is a Toto Bidet so my estimate was low....can 'we' up that to $200?"" My response to that ""NO, there's nothing wrong with the bidet just the flush handle"". I opened the closet and handed him the second set of replacement parts I previously ordered and told him ""and you don't even your own need parts"". Damn I'm good! Twenty minutes later he called out to me to come and ""try flush"".....success. Wrote out a check for the original $150 plus tax and off he went. Guess all those parts work better together because there were no leftover pieces....he even took the empty boxes.

Scheduled an Appointment to clear a clogged drain backing up into my house. Gave clear instructions on how to get here (Road is Closed from one direction. He went the wrong way, got to the road closure and flat out canceled on me. Really. Really bad communications and customer service. Would not recommend. Unbelievable poor work ethic and communications. Would like to leave NO STARS

Responded super fast via Yelp request a quote feature. Replaced under sink valve that went bad and started leaking, job came in under cost and accepts credit cards which is super convenient. I have a few properties, they're going to be my first call for all future jobs.

Our bathtub shower knob is leaking, so we contacted Ronnie, owner of House of Plumbing and he responded immediately, we decided to hire this plumbing company because of his lower rate. The next day he came on time, checked the problem and explained all the possible solutions for our leaking pipes. He did his best to do the cheaper alternatives but since our pipes are ancient he went to the expensive route instead, but still affordable. He work fast & efficient, very friendly, honest and affordable. He provided all the parts. We will definitely hire him again with our sink problem. Great job Ronnie! Thank you for being out there and giving your costumer a lower rate.

While initially responsive, Ronnie ended up canceling an hour before he was scheduled to come because he didn't submit the insurance to my condo building management as clearly instructed beforehand and didn't want to bother to follow thru. Completely wasted all my time and very disappointing. Thanks for the response Ronnie. Again, I told you exactly what the building required of the insurance document up front and you didn't do what was asked, didn't bother to tell me you didn't make the modification, and just assumed it would be fine despite our numerous conversations. There would have been no issue if you submitted it the way it was asked and I had no way to knowing you decided not to do so. Once it was caught, you decided to just cancel entirely. Literally no other contractor has had issue with this until you.

My kitchen sink pipe was leaking. It was a minor repair, but I wanted it fixed ASAP. I searched for plumbers. I called one that had a five star rating with the most reviews. That plumber texted and said he couldn't take my call. House of Plumbing left a message immediately on the yelp app. I messaged back and got a quote and same day appointment. In fact my appointment was 2 hrs after I left a msg. My sink was fixed in 5 mins, as I said, it was a minor repair. I highly recommend this plumber. Nice guy too.

We had a washer installed, but the cold water valve was frozen and the installer didn't want to break the valve, and left the old hose on and told us we may need to have the valve replaced, but the valve started to leak, so I shopped for a Plumber on Yelp and Ronnie was the first person to respond and provide an estimate, his rate was reasonable and he was available the next day. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and completed the repair. We are very satisfied with his work. Will contact him again for another project.

After thoroughly cleaning our guest bathroom, there was this slight sewer smell. I search on Yelp for a plumber and requested a quote. About 3 out of 6 plumbers responded the same day as my request, but Ronnie's response at House of Plumbing was the fastest! Plus, he was able to come out the same day, diagnose the problem, replace the seal in my toilet very quickly and fixed the problem! Ronnie is a super nice guy, is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber and he arrived at the time he said he would be coming. I couldn't be happier with his service! I would highly recommend Ronnie at House of Plumbing!
