What a lovely human, Ronnie is. I had a last minute, urgent plumbing need and he came the same morning! He was friendly and fun to chat with, super helpful and obviously knowledgeable. He was very timely, and in and out in about an hour at a reasonable price. I don't look forward to another plumbing repair, but I do look forward to calling Ronnie next time I need help. While initially responsive, Ronnie ended up canceling an hour before he was scheduled to come because he didn't submit the insurance to my condo building management as clearly instructed beforehand and didn't want to bother to follow thru. Completely wasted all my time and very disappointing.

Thanks for the response Ronnie. Again, I told you exactly what the building required of the insurance document up front and you didn't do what was asked, didn't bother to tell me you didn't make the modification, and just assumed it would be fine despite our numerous conversations. There would have been no issue if you submitted it the way it was asked and I had no way to knowing you decided not to do so. Once it was caught, you decided to just cancel entirely. Literally no other contractor has had issue with this until you.

My tub drain was clogged for a few days. I called House of Plumbing and Ronnie was able to come over and evaluate all that caused my drain to behave that way. Ronnie was very kind and formative. He was communicative in the entire process and did a fantastic job identifying the issue. There has been a leak from my drain to the downstairs apartment caused by the flooding. Ronnie was able to fix the drain before any major damage had occurred and I appreciate him for that find! Thank you so much!

I had a shower leak repair that required a tub replacement in a condo. I called Ronnie after he messaged me an Yelp and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was willing to come out on a Saturday to do an assessment. Price was very reasonable and less than 2 quotes I received from other companies. He came out with a couple of other workers and all of them were nice, respectful and hard working. They completed my shower (tub) replacement in 2 days and did great work. These guys are definitley at the top of my list for any future plumbing project.

Responded super fast via Yelp request a quote feature. Replaced under sink valve that went bad and started leaking, job came in under cost and accepts credit cards which is super convenient. I have a few properties, they're going to be my first call for all future jobs.

Ronnie was great, he responded to my inquiry right away, he also gave us a quote right over the phone and it was way cheaper than a lot of those big companies. At first when he got here he was all prepared to fix our shower but he didn't have the exact part we needed. He then let us know it might be a little more than what he first quoted us because he would have to purchase the part we needed. Once we agreed to that he told us that he would try and get the part and to give him about two to three days. He called me the very next day and said he had the part already so I scheduled for the very next day and he was here early. I'm happy to say our shower is now fixed and it was really reasonable including the cost of the part. Great job Ronnie!!!

After thoroughly cleaning our guest bathroom, there was this slight sewer smell. I search on Yelp for a plumber and requested a quote. About 3 out of 6 plumbers responded the same day as my request, but Ronnie's response at House of Plumbing was the fastest! Plus, he was able to come out the same day, diagnose the problem, replace the seal in my toilet very quickly and fixed the problem!

Ronnie is a super nice guy, is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber and he arrived at the time he said he would be coming. I couldn't be happier with his service! I would highly recommend Ronnie at House of Plumbing!
