If you know me, you know I don't make it a habit to leave 1 star reviews. I used this company based off a recommendation from a coworker. From the start I told them what I needed and that I needed a written estimate and a summery of their visit due to living in an apartment who has an association. They never sent the invoice or the summary. When I called to ask, they had the plumber call me and he refused to help me or give me a solution. Fast forward a week later and I found a new company on yelp who not only gave me a same day appointment but gave me the written notes of their findings and offered A LOT more guidance on the problem. Oh! And they charge a fee and will not go to your house until it is paid. The other company came and charged their MUCH cheaper fee on site after they tell you their findings. My thoughts? It wasn't a big enough job for House Plumbing and Electric and they rather lose customers.

Whatever the issue is, Marcus and his team are not only prompt in responding to me, but also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. House Electric takes care of whatever the issue is; a repair, an upgrade or a safety violation. That's so appreciated in my business of dealing with multiple clients.
