I used him to unclog my garbage disposal. He put a hex wrench in the bottom, wiggled it and charged me $125.00! He was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Then, he had the gall to tell me to get my dog's toe nails cut, and left $5.00 on the table for that purpose. This guy was such a douche, I hope no one ever gets ripped off by him again.

The owner of this business has a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde personality!! He was at my elderly neighbors house on the third call for the same toilet in 2 months. She was upset that he charged each time he came. When she approached him about it, he flipped! Told us to find someone else, said my 78 yr old neighbor was old enough to speak to him with respect, and he 'didn't need this'. I had to tell him to get out! He then left a message on her machine-at 1 a.m.!-trying to apologize. If you dare ask him for an explanation of his charges, he goes ballistic! NOT a professional, NOT a nice man!
My brother and cousin had the same experiences over three years ago and quit using him.
Try ANY other plumber or try fixing problem yourself instead of calling the house doctor!
