The founder started with a degree in Residential Architecture in 1978, building multiple sustainable homes. In 1989, he took on a Project Manager at a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston. Following an 11-year tenure that saw sales rise from $4 million to $14 million, he joined The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the head of Building Operations for three buildings. He worked alongside FEMA after Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild heavily damaged buildings, coming in $1 million under budget. While working part-time as a handyman and building decks and room additions, demand for his services led him to go full-time in 2004. For the last 20 years, we have appreciated the opportunity to work in the Lake Livingston region.

I am passionate about helping our community. Numerous seniors find it challenging to cover the expenses of essential repairs all at once.
