The owner began with a degree in Architecture in 1978, constructing several earth-bermed homes. In 1989, he transitioned to a Project Manager at a commercial paint and wallcovering firm in Houston. After helping to raise sales from $4 million to $14 million over 11 years, he moved to The Texas Medical Center. In this capacity, he was the head of Building Operations for three facilities. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to restore extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For two decades, we have been grateful to assist the Lake Livingston area.

I am deeply committed to supporting our community. Many elderly residents struggle to afford necessary repairs all at once. I am open to creating a monthly schedule or providing some volunteer hours. I find joy in assisting younger families achieve their dreams of a perfect home. Everything we do impacts the lives of those we serve in some way.
