The owner’s journey began with a Residential Architectural degree in 1978, where he built several sustainable homes. He then became a lead for a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston in 1989. After helping to boost sales from $4 million to $14 million over 11 years, he moved to The Texas Medical Center. In this role, he served as the Director of Building Operations for three buildings. He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged structures, finishing $1 million under budget. As he worked part-time as a handyman, building decks and room additions, requests for his services necessitated a full-time commitment in 2004. For two decades, we have been grateful to assist the Lake Livingston area.
