The owner’s journey began with a degree in Residential Architecture in 1978, where he built several earth-bermed homes. In 1989, he transitioned to a Project Manager at a commercial paint and wallcovering firm in Houston. Following an 11-year tenure that saw sales rise from $4 million to $14 million, he joined The Texas Medical Center. He held the position of head of Building Operations overseeing three buildings. He partnered with FEMA following Tropical Storm Allison to repair extensively damaged buildings, completing the project $1 million under budget. While working part-time as a handyman and building decks and room additions, demand for his services led him to go full-time in 2004. For the past 20 years, we have been thankful to serve the Lake Livingston community.

I am passionate about helping our community. Numerous seniors find it challenging to cover the expenses of essential repairs all at once. I can arrange a monthly payment plan or donate some of my time. Helping young families realize their dream homes brings me great satisfaction. Everything we do impacts the lives of those we serve in some way.
