this past winter while on vacation, our furnace failed and during the coldest time our house and pipes froze. House Brothers Plumbers came out that day and did a tremendous job replacing multiple brust pipes, dried the house out, and were quick and efficient. On a Friday afternoon in an emergency, they could have easily overcharged us, but their price was more than reasonable! They were the only plumbers that we were able to get on a moments notice. I highly recommend them.

Had them do two jobs - one was a multi-day replacement of a large amount of copper in our lower floor. Another was a relatively simple leak fix and toilet replacement. Both times they were prompt, got the job done correctly and quickly at a reasonable rate.

Had a great experience with the woman who answered the phone (I think her name was Emily) and a wonderful experience with the plumber who responded to my call, Ryan. Emily asked a few questions in order to determine the urgency of my problem and said she would try to get Ryan out there the same or next day. She called me back an hour later and said he finished his other work and could come right over! He was extremely courteous, professional, clean, and relentless in his efforts to find the source of my leak. He explained what he was doing and why. My sister has used this company, and Ryan in particular, more than once and been very satisfied. I certainly won't hesitate to use them again, although I hope I never need to!

Do not use this company. The owner does not care about keeping his customers happy and is completely rude. They never provide an estimate in advance of work being done. Too bad the employees weren't running the business because they are nice people.

Very disappointed with House Bros. Plumbing. We needed a new hose for our kitchen sink Delta faucet. When House Bros. arrived, they said we would have to order the hose ourselves, because they don't stock that part. We also needed both outdoor faucets fixed, but once again they didn't have the parts, and we would have to order them. The worker also left our home for 45 minutes to look for something, returned with nothing. Then he said to call him when we get the parts. He did absolutely nothing. I asked what we should pay him, and he said he didn't know, but he'd send us the bill. We have never experienced such incompetence from any plumber at any time during our lives. NEVER call House Brothers Plumbing, unless you are willing to order all your own parts, and then wait for them to get around to coming to install them.
