James responded right away to my message regarding the work I needed done. He was able to do the work the following day. I needed to have some Pvc piping replaced, a radiator cap replaced, and the boiler needed to have a routine check. He was able to complete the work fairly quickly. He double checked his work and made sure to leave the area clean. James was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He does good work for a fair enough price.
