I had a leaky drain that needed to be replaced. They were able to give me a quote over the phone from photos I sent to them. He showed up on time, was very polite, did a good job and cleaned up after the job. The quote was reasonably priced.

A bolt on flange connected to water main rusted out and water main started leaking at good rate, about half open water faucet on a weekend. Houdini came out on weekend, turned off water and disassembled flange and then said they had to order a new gasket which wouldn't be available untillater in week next week. i called owner and convinced him to get tech to do temporary repair Monday replacing bolts and reinstalling gasket until new gasket came in. After a day of hauling water from pool to flush toilets, temp repair was made. we went out of town and Houdini was to replace gasket. when we came homeSunday before Labor Day, water was pouring out of meter box at about 1-2 water hose amt. Houdini then came out Tuesday after 5:30 and all supply houses are closed and diagnosed a further problem they had previously ignored. That makes 4 days hauling water from pool to flush toilets. After talking to owner about 4 times and sending pics to owner showing what problem was and suggested ways to fix it, owner stepped in and gave tech instructions and it got fixed after 5 pm on 11th day. 11 days with partial/no water, 4 days hauling water to flush toilets and 5 visits by Houdini.

i then had joy of cleaning all the aerators in sinks and filters to washing machine that were plugged up with gunksuch that water wouldn't flow.

if you want something done with such incompetence you couldn't mess it up yourself as badly, call Houdini.

We had a gas leak & Center-point had to turn off our gas. Houdini sent Reggie & Christian out quickly. They were able to fix the problem & kept us posted on what they were doing throughout the process. We appreciate their work & communication skills.

Have a gas leak in kitchen and was given Houdini's Plumbing through Home Serv warranty service. They showed up first day and were very nice but said they fixed leak. An hour later, gas odor was back and had to have gas company out again to shut off gas. Houdini came back the next day and supposedly found leak but didn't want to do repair that day- maybe it was too late? Maybe they were wanting to get home? They said they'd be here Saturday at 9 am and at 830 am I got a text (not from the company ) that there was a family emergency and let's reschedule for Monday. Called Houdini and they wouldn't answer, left message, no response and when I called back two hours later, they answered and had no idea of this "cancellation." Awful, awful service. Unacceptable in so many ways.

Outstanding service. We called for service today...They came today... for us into their already busy schedule since we had a leak. THANK GOD. They came earlier than promised, a plus! They gave us a heads up that our plumber Clarence was on his way with an accurate ETA. Clarence was very professional , he resolved our problem quickly and took time to answer all of our questions. Houdini's will always be our choice Plumbing company. Most importantly... they were very affordable especially being the weekend. I held my breath before getting my total... so much relief afterwards.
