Service guy came on time and fixed the issue. He fixed it quickly. He was also very pleasant. This was maybe a little over a month and things are still working fine. The business charged the going rate. I thought it would be more but it wasn't. I plan to use them again.

Having a rental property in another state is very scary. This plumbing company has become my go to with my rental and has put my fears to rest. I have used them several times in the past four months and his prices are always reasonable and he not only explains exactly what needs to be done and make suggestions but offers me the best solution to take care of my tenants and not be taken advantage of. I have called others and when they find out I live out of town their prices always increase dramatically - the owner of Houdini (Odini) is always willing to show me receipts and send pictures so I am in the loop. His labor cost is definitely within local average rates as well (I know - I checked). I am so happy to have found this company and will definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs in the Brooklyn area.

Had a leak in my house and no one could find where it was coming from. He came out to the house and found it within 5-10 minutes. Fixed the problem. He also attached a washer and dryer for me. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will call him again.
