Andrea S.This review is late in coming, but Dalton (the owner of Hotshots) was very timely. After my clogged sink issue was found to be more than just that, the general plumbing company asked me to allow this business to take care of the issue. Period - the end. He would fix it. And he did, within 2 hours of the call.
Friendly, clean, affordable, answered my questions, gave assurance that if anything was still happening within a year to call and it would be covered.
