Our pull out faucet hose needed to be replaced in a hurry. Within 10 minutes i received a quote from him and within 30 minutes he showed up at the door. He was very courteous and took care of everything right away. If i knew the process was this easy i would not have wasted my time looking up youtube trying to do it on my own. If you have any plumbing issues, no matter how simple it might be, i would recommend just contacting hotshot plumbing. It will save you a lot trouble.

I found HotShot Plumbing on here and thought I would give these guys a try. I sure don't regret that decision, I gave them a call and talked to the owner Elbert and was super friendly and helpful. Said he could be at my house to look at the problem within a few hours. When he arrived he said he's gonna charge me the standard fee for drain cleaning but wouldn't charge for camera if needed. Good deal in my opinion, some places charge separate for camera. So long story short the kitchen drain pipe under the slab needed to be replaced due to the cats iron pipe rotting out. So Elbert had another company come in that specializes in pipe bursting. So they basically put a sleeve in the old pipe and now it's brand new pipe without digging up the whole kitchen. Thank again HotShot plumbing, you guys stepped up and fixed the problem. I recommend them to everyone for their plumbing needs.

If you are looking for good plumber with integrity in his job, professional, high level job with reasonable price , I do recommend this gentlemen.
I used them for my commercial water heater and they did a good job. And I am happy with the results.
I managed couple of multi units property in Orange County and I believe I found very valuable plumbers for business. Yes, I do recommend them.

Had our shower faucet leaking since we got the house had it looked at by few plumbers but was always being told we need to cut holes on the wall to fix the problem. The leak was very little to cut holes on the wall. It's like a drop of water on the tub when the water is shut off.
Then, few months ago the water leak started to worsen. It is now leaking through the handle while the water is running.
Essentially, our shower handle finally broke off this weekend, which made our problem a little more complicated.
Prior to Elbert, I was using a plumber for tub and sink clogs few times now. They are great, but when I sent a message on yelp for our current shower handle problem we didn't hear back from them that led me to Elbert. He quickly responded and knew what we needed fixed aside from what we thought was the only problem. He was able to do the job same day after an hour from our initial conversation. Did the job in a little over an hour including buying the parts that we needed. He's very helpful and gave few tips. So in the end we had the shower handle fixed, faucet that has calcified, and the internal problem that was really causing the leak which was the cartridge without cutting any holes on the wall. We were able to salvage some of the old parts that saved us money.
We will for sure contact him for future projects.

Honestly, I was looking for a plumber for about one hour. I called all through yelp and everybody either didn't seem like they had time to talk or like they were even interested. Elbert missed my call but he actually called back within a reasonable time. He came out gave me a very fair estimate at a great price. Id definitely use him again. He does very good work and gets out to the problem very quickly. He clearly communicated the problem with me and made sure I was very aware of everything going on. Elbert really knows his stuff. Elbert and Simon are great!!! First off, they were very easy to work with in coming out to give a quote on replacing the valve on my house main line. When they arrived to give an estimate, there was no hard sell. They were honest and upfront on the work they would need to do. Their price quote was competitive as well. What made me hire Elbert and Simon was their candid and honest style. Because of my schedule, I couldn't have them start work the day they came out for the estimate. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment two days later. Second, when they started working some unexpected issues came up with the main valve. They were very communicative and explained the necessary steps needed to make sure the job was done right. They were very patient with my questions and clearly showed their expertise. Having some plumbing experience myself, their explanations were not a bunch of B.S. They've earned my trust. Lastly, after finishing, they didn't just collect their fee and leave. Both Elbert and Simon gave me some very helpful do it yourself advise for my water heater that will save (prevent) me some headaches down the road. I know I'm calling theses guys again if I ever need a plumbing job done quickly, priced competitively and most importantly done right.
