My tenants called me to report the sound of running water in the bathroom walls. I called Elbert at Hotshot plumbing. He sent Mike out to detect the water leak the next day. Mike and helper checked all the lines and determined that I had a slab leak in the downstairs bathroom. Holes were made in the drywall to find the leak source, which turned out to be 2 leaks at the cold water lines, one from the vanity and one from the shower. An estimate of costs to run new pex lines was given and I accepted. Repairs were made in a professional manner. I have used this company before and they are very dependable and reasonable.

Referred to by sister for good work. Called and spoke with Elbert to get a bid on a kitchen faucet replacement. Was given a good labor cost and decided to use the service. Within a few hours of the call, he came out with another worker. I decided that I wanted to keep the same setup, so Elbert found a similar faucet online at Lowe's, and went to pick it up. Meanwhile, the other worker Mike, removed the existing faucet and prepared for the installation of the new one. The job was done within 2 hours. I was so pleased with their work, I had them back out within a couple of weeks. The next job consisted of the installation of new kitchen faucet angle stops, installation of a new disnwasher angle stop and supply hose, installation of new refrigerator water line, and drywall patchwork. For the last job, there 3 workers, who all wore protective shoe booty's, the floors were covered from the front entry to the work area, and the work area was cleaned up. The job was completed within 2 hours. For both jobs, I was completely satisfied. My assessment of this company is that they answer your phone call in person or return your call quickly, offer good labor cost, provide competitive if not lower market job estimates, punctual, businesslike, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. I plan to use this company again and would recommend their service.

Woke up to urgent plumbing issues built up over many years that finally needed immediate attention. I messaged HotShot Plumbing really early in the morning (before business hours), and they responded fairly quickly and were able to squeeze me in the same morning! Elbert and Mike identified the problem quickly, worked efficiently, and made sure I was aware of any additional fees before moving forward. Nice to know there's an honest, reasonably priced plumber nearby. Everything was fixed and my family can use the bathrooms without any worries. Elbert has been fantastic! Very honest, came in on the same day on such short notice. And he works fast too. The best thing is that he is very courteous. His price is very affordable but the quality of work is top notched. I have worked with other plumbers before, he has the best etiquette and personality. Work station wise, they bring their own shoe covers to make sure they work clean. They leave the area spotless too. Overall, I am very pleased with this company most especially Elbert! No wonder they got perfect five stars here on Yelp. Definitely my to go to company from here onwards.

High quality, reasonable local business plumber near Fullerton, Buena Park! We absolutely loved working with HotShot Plumbing and highly recommend them! Our small (rental) condo had a number of plumbing issues in the kitchen and both bathrooms: replace the kitchen and bathroom faucets, garbage disposal, sink plug, shower diverter and shower temperature and pressure controls. Elbert not only came in person to assess our situation, he also worked with us to meet our landlady's budget. He was incredibly responsive, respectful, and honest. He seemed to have a lot of experience working with an association because he coordinated with our landlady and the association re: water shutoff. Our friends had referred us to Elbert for any future plumbing needs. Recently, our kitchen sink was stopped up and wouldn't flush down. It started to back up into the laundry room and made a huge mess. We knew that this was a major clog and needed some professional help. We texted Elbert on Friday and he said he could come out the next morning to fix it. He was very professional and wore gloves and covers on his shoes before entering the house. He took care of our clog and was also able to replace some pipes in the master bathroom. We highly recommend Elbert for your plumbing needs and we will use him again.
