It's been 2 years now since Elbert & team helped us out. Not sure how I forgot to leave a review, but his work & service was so good that I was just thinking about it again today after 2 years.

I first called him when we were in a pinch and had an emergency leak in the bathroom. He showed up on short notice when nobody else could. Not only did he fix it fast, but he explained & taught us a lot about what was going on & why.

Couple months later we decided to remodel the house & needed help with multiple things. We rehired him several more times (I lost count) for everything from new shower plumbing, toilets, multiple sinks, fixtures, etc. He would find stuff/minor issues along the way and explain our options to us, but never in a scammy or salesy way.

He always gave us our options.

The work, service, team, equipment, and organization/cleanliness are all top-notch. I work in the trades as well and it's really, really hard to find good trustworthy people like this.

They will take care of you.

I'm up in the Bay Area now, otherwise I'd be hiring him for everything. Hope you're doing well Elbert. Thanks again.

We had water leaking from the ceiling, but the pipes had been replaced several years ago. Found out that the upstairs tub needed to be re-caulked and sealed with silicone. I like that he didn't try to cut the drywall up to be repaired by someone else, like a previous plumber wanted to do. The next morning, with an assistant it took half an hour to fix the problem. We called them again when the gas company wanted us to replace something with the washer/dryer before the pilot light could be relit.

Elbert has helped us with our plumbing needs three times now since November of last year. He replaced our garbage disposal, installed two shower heads and replaced our leaking bathroom sink faucet set. He has fixed the problem beyond our expectation every time. Elbert replaced a whole house backwashing filtration system. It was quite complicated as the 52X24 old tank was repurposed and the existing riser tube did not fit (my fault), so it had to be refilled again. Elbert was very knowledgeable, polite, honest and reliable and maintained a good sense of humor. His helper was very efficient. I highly recommend Hotshot and they will be my go to plumbing firm in future!

Everytime i have issues with plumbing, i always call Elbert from Hotshot plumbing. He promptly returns my call whenever I leave a message on his voicemail. This time my kitchen sink clogged and needed repair. Elbert came to the rescue and fixed my sink. He had to clean and removed all the grease that caused the clog on my old pipes. Aside from working under the kitchen sink, he also went outside the house and cleared the cleanout and removed all grease and debris that caused slow drain from my kitchen sink. After the repair, he made sure that all the areas (kitchen and outdoor cleanout) he worked on were cleaned and washed with soap and water. His charges/fees are quite reasonable with the kind of service he provided. Totally recommend Hotshot plumbing to everyone.

Elbert and his associate came in the same day and diagnosed our leak problem quickly and quoted us a fair price to come and do the repairs just a few days later. He was honest and efficient and did a great job. If ever we need a plumber again (hopefully no time soon haha), we would not hesitate to call him up. Can't recommend enough.

Elbert did a great job of repairing and repiping our washing machine line after another plumber failed to fix the issue--it no longer leaks or gets clogged! He also snaked the pipe using the new clean out he installed to make sure everything was completely good. He is professional, personable, and very thorough; I definitely recommend him.
