I actually went off the good reviews, I have to tell you he does great work ! I called Elbert to make an appointment for the next day, but he said ""I will be there in 15 to 20 minutes, he was able to detect the problem & more right away, he replaced a toilet that I bought at HD he offed to pick it up for me,
We had a BIG plumbing issues with water leaks and old piping that needed to be replaced, it's a stressful situation for a homeowner.
Elbert & his helper made so easy to take care of the problem with no problem, he was very, very communicated, punctual, very clean & organized, I would HIGHLY recommend him with no problem

Double vanity bathroom sinks are draining perfectly after days of being clogged and slow drains. Elbert fit us in the same day, and called to let us know he was running late. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem and quickly with the help of Simon, began working to fix it. He even diagnosed the bathroom drain, and let us know it was fine. He made time to address and fix problems in our upstairs bathroom with a loose shower plate and toilet seal. Bonus. Elbert and Simon are excellent plumbers!! They've visited our home total 4 times and they were NEVER late and ALWAYS 5-10 mins earlier than the appointment time. Had some major leaking problems in the crawl space. They came out quick and took care of it quick! Had to replace all the leaking cast iron and replace with PVC/ABS and reseat the toilet. They fixed what the other plumber failed to do correctly. Highly recommended.

I hired this company to install a replacement kitchen faucet and shower head. The team arrived promptly and completed the work is less than 30 minutes. They did a great job and I am happy with the results. And they provided the lowest estimate of the 5 companies I contacted. I have to say..it's hard to come around some good plumbers these days. Elbert and Simon were excellent! They arrived on time and kept constant communication throughout the process.

They helped us with installing a recess box behind the fridge to gain some extra space in our incredibly small kitchen.

Elbert and Simon from Hot Shot Plumbing came through to save the day again! We had a hot water line leak somewhere in the slab and they came by on a Sunday night and resolved the leak.
