Geovanni and his team were fantastic! We bought a new house that needed complete re-pipe and new drain lines. The team was prompt and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure our pipes were as good as new, including repairs that were not included in the original scope of work. I find my go-to plumber, couldn't recommend Hotline more highly.

We had a major plumbing issue with a master bathroom shower leak into kitchen floor. We also had a restoration company come out to air the area. Mauricio and Luis just finished diagnosing the problem where they spent a considerable amount of time. I'm just always impressed with their honesty and integrity, where in this case, they recommended a general contractor to redo our shower since they'll have to lift entire tile. While on their way out with no charge, I asked them to replace the toilet kit from another bathroom. Mauricio looked at it, and said it's not necessary at this time. Like I said, they not only do fabulous work but they're just really an honest plumbing company. THANK YOU again!

Ben rocks! I had them come look at a toilet we were having issues with, I really appreciate that he took the time to give us his honest opinion about what to do next. I'm not want to leave reviews as I expect contractors to do the work for which they are paid, but Mauricio and Luis were truly excellent. Friendly, punctual, safe (masks and booties), fixed our leaking faucet as I wanted them to try the less expensive way first, but unfortunately it didn't fix problem and had to go to the more expensive fix which I was expecting anyways. Additionally, they gave me recommendations and estimate on how to fix a separate toilet issue.

Very ethical, very responsive, very competent and very friendly plumbers. Came highly recommended to me 2 years ago and I've used them exclusively since. Giovanni and Ben are awesome people. They answer the phone themselves, are easy to reach, and are usually available same day. They do everything from fix a stoppage or leak, to trench-less sewer line replacement. They are the best and friendliest plumbing crew I've ever worked with.

Mauricio and Luis were here when they said they would be. They explained to me what they had to and performed their job of un clogging my kitchen sink in no time.
They were very courteous wore shoe covers in my home and most importantly wore face covers.
