Put these guys on your speed-dial. The most professional, responsive and honest plumbers around. Over the past few months the old house with lots of deferred maintenance has had a series of plumbing issues.
1. 3 months ago I ordered a toilet off of Amazon. It arrived sooner then expected. I had a difficult time securing a plumber to install - most were non-responsive, too expensive or too shady. Then I found Hotline Plumbing! They are awesome. Friendly, responsive, reasonably-priced and willing to work with my tight schedule, Geovanni and Louis came over the same night and installed the toilet in less than 40 min. They are respectful and conscientious professionals. They got it all done!
2. Last month, the kitchen sink was seriously clogged no amount of Liquid Plumber was going to help. Ben and Mauricio figured out pretty quickly that part of an old pipe had to be replaced. They cut through the outside of the house and replaced. Serious work, but to these guys it was no sweat.
3. Just a couple weeks ago, the main plumbing line was clogged. Toilets weren't flushing and back ups in baths & sinks. Crisis. I hit speed dial. These guys are so busy because they are so good. Within hours, they still managed to squeeze an emergency visit in to solve the problem. We were afraid the whole main would need replacing. Ben and Mauricio did some rooter work and it seems there was a clog of non-flushable Huggie Wipes. (As a side note, while entering the crawl space on the side of the house, they found a putrid dead squirrel. Mauricio insisted on disposing of the poor creature. I said, ""that's beyond the call of duty, let me do it."" But Mauricio insisted on doing the ""honors."" Wow!
I will call them for any future plumbing needs. My advice: hire them! You can't do any better than Ben, Mauricio and Geovanni.

These guys are great. They are real pros and every person I spoke with was friendly and professional.

We had our house re-piped, re-drained and replaced the main sewage line from the house out to the city. Part of the sewer line went under a concrete patio slab which they had to jackhammer to access. And they reconfigured the draining system for our washing machine which was using 1949 technology.

All of this, including clean up and repairing the concrete was completed in two and a half days. Everything in the house works great and we couldn't be happier.

My DIY Plumbing skills leave a lot to be desired. Hotline Plumbing took notes during initial phone consultation, made appointment for next day. Mauricio arrived and replaced a P Trap and alleviated a leak and a minor clog in a bathroom sink. Very professional and honest, he's also been working with Hotline for 10 years. Very pleased and will use Hotline again in the future. Thank You.

I contacted Jed, Hotline again only to be very disappointed. Danny contacted me, did job walk to have new kitchen and bathroom faucets installed and remove old faucets for new counter tops to be installed. Clarified in a follow-up call to Danny that plumbing would have to be done in phases. Never heard again from Danny.

On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, I had a residential water heater replaced. I called Hotline plumbing the night prior and they were able to set up an appointment for Tuesday morning.

Danny answered my questions by phone call and text messages the night before. I shared with him pictures of the old water heater and explained what I tried to do. My old water heater was about 15 years old.

Danny suggested Bradford White as the water heater and gave an estimate over the phone. Which match what I paid for.

Both Danny and Renee arrived Tuesday morning at around 830am. They both did an excellent job installing the new water heater at home. Danny clearly explains what I needed to do to maintain the water heater. Also, he is easily available by text. Their knowledge and friendly persona is so AWESOME.

Hotline plumbing staff is very easily to talk to and answers your questions. The return phone call is quick. They also gave me advice on how to extend my warranty and where to go purchase the warranty pack.

I highly recommend Hotline plumbing for your needs in the San Fernando Valley. They try to help you solve your plumbing problems before suggesting something new. Thank you, Hotline Plumbing. You guys are Awesome.

If you want to waste your time and energy.

Tankless water heater stopped working. Called Hotline plumbing, told them my issues and brand knowing that not everyone fixes Bosch appliances, was told they had a 1 to 3pm window for service. At 2pm the tech called and told me that he was going to be late, more like 4 pm. Ok I understand that appointments run late. Call the tech at 4:45 and he apologized and said I'm on my way should be there shortly. 6:15pm shows up and says turn on the water. Then looks at me and says it's not working??? Really?? I thought you were a plumber!! We don't fix these? Ah excuse me??? What do you mean,you don't fix them??? He leaves and the office calls and tells me, sorry I didn't ask you what brand, lie. I told him exactly what I had. We don't fix them because the parts are hard to get? Maybe but now you wasted my whole day, time off of work, and a total nuisance.

Danny is such a kind and reliable plumber here at Hotline Plumbing. Not only did he take care of our leaky pipe below our kitchen floor, he came back months later to check out a leaky pipe in our bathroom. He didn't charge us to fix it when it ended up being very minimal. He has also recommended so many other local contractors to help with various projects around the house. He helped us get the best prices for all these jobs too. He is very quick to respond to texts which I really appreciated. Highly recommend him!!! Such a great guy and hard worker!

Update:
Ben & Mauricio were here and did as much as they could with my dishwasher problem. They checked all the lines, drainage, everything related to plumbing but unfortunately it was an electronic appliance problem. As always, they did the best they could. Thank you team.
