Once again, Ben and Mauricio came through like the dream team that they are. They worked on a low-pressure issue in the upstairs bathroom in my condo. Could've been a big problem, and they were honest about the worst-case scenario that would involve cutting into the walls, shutting off the building's water, etc. Turns out they were able to fix everything without having to go down that expensive road. They charged me LESS THAN HALF of the original estimate! Who does that? Thanks again, Hotline Plumbing!

If I could give Geovanni and Louie from Hot Line Plumbing ten stars I would! My tenant received a notice from the water company that there was a possibility of a leak since the water bill had spiked. The water company came out at my request but only measured the PSI of the water before the regulator and suggested we might need a new regulator, which is a costly repair. It was then that I called Hot Line. Geovanni and Louie checked the meter and found out that the leak was actually caused by the water company and was right at the meter. They spoke to the field worker from the water company who had left his card, and explained what was going on. Within 20 minutes the water company was back out, repairing the leak. I am very thankful for their honesty and integrity. Additionally, they are just nice guys, friendly and considerate. This is why I have used Hot Line for many years, and will continue to do so.

Hotline replaced a ruptured water main at my house in Van Nuys. They were quick and clean with everything. Geovanni (correct spelling?)Was very helpful and just super nice. He set up a crew that came out the next day. Danny and his team did a great job. The thing that amazed me was how quick and consistent both Geovanni and Danny communicated with me. Never experienced anything like it! The price was fair considering the emergency aspect of it and the amount of work done. Danny is really knowledgeable and his team was great too.

We had a problem with our toilet not filling up with water. I checked Yelp and saw the overwhelming positive reviews for Hotline. Called and they initially scheduled me for the next morning (not an emergency) but said they'd try to fit me in that day. They did indeed fit me in and were here in under an hour after that initial call -- pretty cool. They replaced a part and got the toilet back working super fast. They were friendly, wore booties over their shoes and the whole thing cost less than $100. I found my plumbers. Do good work, get good reviews. Highly recommended.

I called these guys up to have a water softener and water filter system installed. Geovanni, Luis, and Fernando (a.k.a Ferrari) did an exceptional job! They were friendly and professional. The job took longer than they expected, but they stuck it out until the end and did a super clean job. I would highly recommend them and call them for any future needs.

Called early in the morning and they came out that same day. Giovanni and his partner Luis came to fix a drain that was not draining from a washer. After assessing the problem Giovanni indicated the the line just has to snaked. That did the trick. They were prompt, efficient, and quoted a fair price. I would definitely recommend them. If I need plumbing services again, they are my first call.

We were looking for a Plummer for my 95 year old Mother who had a leak in her kitchen. My son went on Yelp and found Hotline Plumbing and Rooter. They had many great reviews and decided to call them. Mauricio and Ben showed up, on time, very friendly, easy to talk to, and were very patient listening to us explain her plumbing issues. They really took their time going through the kitchen and checking under the house for the leak. After finding the problem and explaining it to us, along with fixing a minor issue, they explained what we needed to do, with No Upselling!!! They were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them whenever we have a plumbing problem. My husband and I are very pleased with the service from hotline plumbing. We had a clog in our shower drain. We contacted hotline by email for a quote. Our appointment was for 7-9. We were contacted to let us know they were running late finishing a job. They arrived at 9:40. Ben and Mauricio arrived and right away they started setting up to clear the clog from the drain. They are very fast, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and gave us tips for the future. Ben and Mauricio were very apologetic for arriving past the appointment time and gave us a discount for the job. They left their business card and also recommended a contact for bathroom remodels for the future. We will definitely be calling hotline plumbing in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Ben & Mauricio were AMAZING!!! First of all they were very polite and courteous. I don't think I've ever met such nice and understanding plumbers. They went straight to the issue. Took them less than 10 seconds to diagnose the problem. And as luck would have it they had the exact random part we needed right in their truck! Came back and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Pricing was great! I will be coming back to them every single time. It's hard to find honesty in the repair industry these days. We need more people like Ben & Mauricio. : D
