American Home Shield (AHS) assigned these folks to fix leaking faucets in our bathrooms. They came once, inspected all the leaking faucets, told us that they will order the parts and come back the following week. The following week, the technician returned with the part for just one faucet. The technician didn't have the right tools; he only had a couple of wrenches and the rusted faucets refused to come out. He then said, he will come back with the right tool, but didn't return until after I had called him repeatedly. He had removed the caps of all faucets and left them in that state and we were worried he would not return that day! Finally, he showed up but said that the he couldn't get the right tool, so he would return another day.

AHS called us and told that they are scheduled to come the following Saturday (Mar 16) between 2-4 PM, but nobody showed up that day. Phones were not answered. AHS scheduled them again for Mar 26th. When I called them that morning to check when they would arrive, I was told that they still don't have the tool and the job requires 2 people and they can't find 2 technicians that day! This was the straw that broke the camel's back. How can a professional plumbing company not have the right tool to remove faucets? Isn't rusting a common problem with faucets? I called AHS again and they assigned another plumbing company for this job. That's how bad their service was.

They may be good if you hire them directly and I don't know if their unprofessionalism and incompetence is because they were assigned by AHS, but this quality of service is unacceptable. I have attached the picture of the rusted faucet so any professional plumber can comment if they are ""impossible to remove, man!""

My main drain clogged on Friday evening and America Home Shield assigned Hot Water Plumbing Hero to the project, I texted and explained the urgency of the problem. They assigned an experienced technician Ramon Saturday morning. He arrived my house on time and unclogged the main drain in 20 minutes. It's absolutely 5 stars service and very quick response.

We recently experienced a problem with our water heater, which resulted in no hot water being supplied to our home. We contacted American Home Shield (AHS) and they assigned the task to Robert. Robert asked for the serial and model number over the phone and promptly sent a technician to our home to investigate the issue. The technician (Ramon) identified the problem and brought a replacement part the next day, which was promptly installed. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt communication, expertise in water heater-related issues, and follow-up after fixing the issue. I appreciate all the help that was provided By Robert & his team on time.

Horrible service. They came through my insurance, ""the American Home Shield."" I had an eight-year-old rusty kitchen faucet that was leaking. I bought a new faucet from Homedepo. Their technician only used one round of Teflon tape around the old rusty facet and refused to replace the facet. The technician told me that if he replaced the facet, I would have to pay an extra 175 $. I told him I already paid $ 85$ for this service, but he told me I had to pay $ 175$ extra for replacing the facet. This is ripped off. I pay 350$ to American Home Shield every year, and this is the first time that I requested a service.

This is the second time I have used them. excellent service, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I appreciate that even the first visit which I expected diagnostics to actually resolve all three plumbing issues, even when parts were missing, the owner went to buy parts and dropped it off so the job can be complete the same day. Appreciate that just before thanksgiving. These guys are a blessing.

A++ SERVICE! We were referred to Hot Water Plumbing Hero through our Home Warranty for a water heater repair/replacement. Working through Home Warranty isn't always the greatest experience, but this company exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. Robert was very professional and communicative from the start. He was working with both me and the warranty company to make sure all the paperwork was settled and equipment was in, so that he could start the work as soon as possible to get our hot water back on. He arrived when he said he would, completely prepared, and wrapped up the job pretty quickly. They even repaired my crawl space door without even mentioning it! I noticed later on.... We had a tank water heater leakage over the weekend. They promptly responded over the phone and even before the arrived they guided us on what needs to happen and how to switch the water heater off and get the request started. This way we didn't need to be without any water over the weekend. Really appreciate the services and the value delivered. Looking forward to getting the tankless water heater replacement asap.
