Had them replace an old hot water heater with a natural gas Rinnai...install was prompt and clean. The hot water flows as it should...we've been using a Rinnai at our old house for the past 10 years and insisted on tankless at our new home. If you are going tankless, HWN is the company to call. Reasonable pricing and it is a locally owned small company. The bigger firms that quoted the business sent sales reps out who flat out lied so I appreciated the integrity and tankless knowledge these guys have. The owner seems like a good guy.
I highly recommend Hot Water Now.

**UPDATE** on this review. The company made good on their promise by following up with a phone call in order to remedy the situation on our scheduled routine maintenance of our 2 year old Rinnai tankless hot water heater. I appreciate their willingness to work with us to clear up this misunderstanding and subsequent overcharge. Thank you for having the integrity and living up to your past superior reviews.
Original review: I had service performed on my 2 year old (brand new) Rinnai tankless hot water heater for the normal recommended service, within a week after the service, the unit stopped heating the water, intermittently. It worked perfectly fine, they came to perform routine service for $200, and then it didn't work. They came out to check on their work, but instead charged me another $95 for the service call. No parts were replaced. I spent $300 for routine service on a 2 year old Rinnai that worked perfectly fine, when their maintenance service fee is normally $200.

Office staff was truly professional by following up poor service on site and offering an apology. They refunded my flushing fee, which I'm grateful for, since we had to buy a new Navien (from our plumber who was able to check all our plumbing and install tankless). If your Navien has an error code, Hot Water Now can probably help you. Thanks for being concerned guys!

$4200 estimate for a high efficiency 50 gallon gas power vent water heater to replace an old electric. Other estimates are ranging $2000-2200. He also talked down other brands (always a bad sign in my experience, if your product/work is superior, you don't need to sling mud ...cough... politicians... cough). He also told us we would have to return a Home Depot unit to the store if it went out while under warranty, which felt wrong, and I just called and confirmed it was with Home Depot and one of their contractors.
Looking at other reviews, these guys push tankless, tankless, tankless. Oddly enough, the tankless estimate was barely more than the tank version, at $4800.
Still waiting on one other estimate, but these guys are no where near the ballpark.

Fantastic crew. Expert troubleshooting skills. Knowledgeable, clean, and courteous. Easy payment options. Highly recommended!

I loved these guys for their honestly, knowledge, and timeliness. I can do plumbing myself, so I rarely hire out, but I have more money than time lately. I had a new tankless water heater installed in a big house and they did everything on time, on budget, and with a clean install and exit. As a person who can build a house on my own, I can say without a doubt that they did an honest job. Sure, others could have cut a lower rate but you get what you pay for and problems cost way more than savings.

Listen....Ok, I'm in the Energy Efficiency business folks and had completed a rather large amount of research before deciding on a Tankless. I have seen the numbers, ran the models, and always wanted one of these bad boys! I just didn't know which manufacturer i wanted to go with. My Research showed me that the best warranty, features and benefits, service records, and performance was the Rinnai.
I did not have time to install myself, so I went to the Rinnai website and filled out their form for ""Certified"" Rinnai installers. Then I contacted each of these companies. I had three out the four companies come out and tell me they had to install a 1"" gas line, would have to move venting, run a dedicated electrical line direct from my main box, and some other crazy upgrades that , as a seasoned professional, I questioned, etc. All these tactics were to jack the price up to an unreasonable price. When this happened I almost gave up and was just going to go down to the plumbing supply house and install a traditional tank system. Then finally, I asked for more installers from Rinnai and had Keith come out from Hot Water Now. He sifted through all the upgrades that were not needed and fast forward, we have had our Rinnai Tankless for about 5 months now and it's one of those moments in your life, when you realize. ..""what took me so long to figure this out"". We love it, especially with three girls in the home!
Be careful, some Contractors will tell you almost anything to jack the price up. Not Keith...he is open, honest, and knows his stuff! Even if he just cant get you a Tankless due to positioning, location, gas lines, etc. He will give you options on other systems at a reasonable price without trying to pull one over on you.
Best purchase in your home you'll ever make.

Wish we could give them more than 5 stars! We had them install our new tankless water heater a few weeks ago and we can't be happier with the service and the product! Carol, Keith and Mike were very easy and awesome to work with! We had some issues when the city inspectors came out after the installation was complete, but both Keith and Mike came by right away to fix it. Also Highly recommend them!

Our 6 year old condo came with a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. It worked okay but never as good as the 50 gallon standard Reliance hot water heater we had in our house.
The Rinnai was acting up: hot-cold-hot-cold type of thing. HOT Water NOW! specializes in Rinnais'. The experience with the company from the time I called, throughout the 65 minutes the technician was here, was very good. He serviced the heater and it has worked better than it had before he treated it, but it still does not work as well as it did when it was new. I do not believe that this is a reflection of the company or the technician but the Rinnai tankless heater itself.

If I could give Keith at yelp 10 stars I would! Our tankless hot water heater suddenly quit working. I had 2 (large) reputable companies (or so I thought) come out to give estimate on repair. Both said unit (less than 7 years old) was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. One estimate was for 3,400.00, the other for 6,700.00.
Keith came out, diagnosed the problem as a spider web which causes auto gas shutoff to prevent fires. Cleaned it out, said our unit is good as new. All for $175.00.
Don't go anywhere else for tankless hot water needs! Makes me wonder how many units these other guys sell to unsuspecting customers.
