From the start, they were great. Very accommodating: I called on a Sat AM after having been told by a few other local plumbing companies that I had to wait over 2 weeks to have someone service my tankless water heater. Brittany (sp?) was incredibly helpful and resourceful over the phone and Brian arrived at the appointed time (within 2 hours), efficiently cleaned/flushed my heater and took time to answer all of my questions. Overall very positive and professional experience. Problem solved, great experience.

Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Our hot water froze overnight & the kind woman I spoke to was able to squeeze us in on a full day. When Sam showed up right on time, he found that the situation had actually resolved itself & the hot water was running again...He gave me some tips on how to solve the problem in the future & didn't even charge us for the trip. Brittany and Brian took care of my problem with a Rinnai tankless as quick as the part could arrive, when another firm let me go all weekend without hot water. Great, knowledgeable work, and very kind and responsive on the phone. Very reasonable on price and quick when it's an hourly job!!

Unreliable and unprofessional - even the lady that answers the phone is rude. Our hot water hasn't been working for over a week now. We have called multiple times and have been pretty patient with hearing back - but never get a call back. Used to think it was a great company, but then I realized they don't really care about their customers (or are too busy)

I had a defective Honeywell Gas Valve replaced by the Hot Water Guys under warranty from State Water Heaters on Oct 1. After the installation repair, my wife occasionally noticed the smell of the sulfur from the natural gas when she goes in the garage. On Oct 19 morning I was overwhelmed with the smell as I left for work. I did the soapy water test on all the connections around the water heater. The brass fitting that connects the pilot tubing to the Honeywell controller was loose. It took a 1/4 turn to tighten it. I contacted the Hot Water Guys asking for a partial refund. They have refunded the total cost of the service call and have made an adjustment to their employee roster.
