On 7/16 your technician Rudy serviced my Condo at 1143 S Plymouth Ct, I can't say enough good things about him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He called to let us know when he would be servicing the individual units. He went above and beyond in pointing out some problems and fixing what a former plumber had created. Rudy from HSC came. He was very professional and explained the process. Hooked up the machine to my shower. The shower had recently been remodeled before we bought the house. Machine didn't fix the issue, but Rudy was able to open up the faucet and solve the problem that I had plumbers in here 3 times and they couldn't figure it out. Great all around service. I'd recommend them to anyone having low water pressure issues.

The technician was very polite and seemed to know what he was doing. The water in my pipes does flow faster. However, they damaged my bathroom vanity top- made a significant enough chip that I have to replace it. They took time in returning my calls and wound up leaving a curt message that their technician didn't cause any damage and they would take no responsibility for it. They didn't inquire about the damage or ask for my photos. They just wrote me off.
