I had several contractors come over to give me a bid for a living area remodel and ended up going with Bryan and couldn't have been happier with the results. I wanted to knock out a couple of walls and open up space for a great room and new dining area. Bryan determined I would need a new supporting beam and he took care of the architectural plans, the city inspections and approvals, and sub contractors. He was fair, attentive and did a very professional job. I had a couple of small issues which I brought to his attention and he took care of them immediately. I would highly recommend!

We came home one night to find water dripping through the ceiling from our upstairs bathroom because our shower was leaking. We knew our upstairs bathroom had been needing a remodel so we took it as a sign and decided to contact a contractor rather than a plumber. We wrote Bryan Hostetler through his website the next day and were surprised to receive a call from him that afternoon. We ended up hiring him to do the full remodel, and we could not be happier that we did. The level of service was phenomenal and far exceeded our earlier experiences with other contractors.
Bryan was hands-on and available by call or text throughout the entire process. Every time he brought in new workers for each step of the project he introduced them to us and went over exactly what they were to do and the time frame expected. All of the workers were polite and incredibly diligent about performing their jobs... there was hardly any downtime and as a result our job was finished ahead of schedule. Every day the workers made certain to clean up their work areas and dispose of any trash.
Bryan was also considerate of our budget and offered options to help us save money elsewhere when the tile we fell in love with turned out to be more pricey than we expected. In the process of demo-ing the bathroom his guys discovered we had another leak... a small roof leak that had left water damage inside the bathroom wall and so had gone unnoticed. He recommended that we consider getting it fixed but never pressured us to do so. When we decided to have it fixed he offered to put us in touch with an affordable roofer and took care of all the details.
All in all, this was the most painless and thorough work we have ever had done on our house, and we would rehire Bryan and his guys without question. He runs his business with integrity and diligence, and we can't recommend him highly enough.

If I could give him more stars I would. Bryan did my kitchen remodel in 5/2019. First time I met him I was very impressed and how he knew everything I wanted done. I cannot thank him enough for my dream kitchen and how fast it came together . His crew Parker and Manny are awesome. He was in constant communication with me. Bryan and his team are awesome! Bryan kept me informed during the entire project and was very competitive with his bid. He stayed on budget and he was in constant communication on when his crew would show up and the progress being made on our project. He was able to quickly resolve a minor issue that came up quickly and to our satisfaction. All of the subcontractors were great and professional. If I could give 10 stars I would. I can not stress how stress free this project was for my family and I. The entire crew from beginning to end were professional, clean, punctual, honest and respectful of our home. My husband and I just moved into our mini fixer upper and the first project on our list was our hallway bathroom. The work is impeccable (see for yourself in the before and after photos). Bryan is great to work with. I am extremely hesitant about who I let into my house and very picky in regards to quality of work. I was very upfront about this with Bryan and he did not hesitate to take the job. I trusted everyone on his team in my home and they were all very honest. This was a big project (several months) and Bryan got the job done as agreed upon and did not go over budget (both extremely rare qualities with contractors). I expect to hire him in the near future on another large project.

Our kitchen was demolished back in January 2018 by another contractor who we fired. A second contractor wasn't any better. After two false starts dealing with contractors from the San Fernando valley, we found Bryan Hostetler. Right from the beginning we saw a big difference. Bryan wrote a detailed contract that was clear with no gray areas. They began work and the progress was amazing. Very organized with the schedule of work,buying of materials,scheduling inspections,etc..Very little down time,if any. In one month time we went from open ceilings and walls(how the first contractor left us for 9 months) to a beautiful,functional,open concept kitchen with lots of cabinet space and built-in microwave that looks like custom quality. Bryan provided us with 27"" deep pantries when the other contractors, lowes,and Home Depot only offered 24""deep. So much more space and allowed us to keep our large non-counter depth refrigerator. Another nice detail , Bryan had the countertop fabricator make a window sill out of leftover quartz to match the countertop. Not a big deal to most people and not something I had thought to do,but can't imagine how different it would look without it. Bryan and his crew did almost all the work themselves,with very little done by subs. The few subs he used were also great guys that did quality work(flooring,Drywall). Really glad I found a good,local contractor in Bryan Hostetler and would recommend him to anyone. Hope he doesn't think I was too hard to work for,because I would use him again.

My husband and I were so happy to have Bryan and his workers come and do our kitchen remodel! They were pleasant, honest and very hard working. Bryan spent countless hours drawing up our kitchen and giving me accurate computer renderings prior to signing the contract. He was here every day with his crew doing something and 90% of our job was completed three weeks before deadline so we could get back into our kitchen. The other things were details that had more to do with our choices than their timeline. We never felt put aside for other jobs but top priority. All of the ordered items came in when they needed to and they spent a lot of time listening to any concerns we had or late changes we wanted to make.
They were always positive and made the job an adventure...in a good way!
