I interviewed 3 contractors before choosing Hostetler Construction. Bryan was transparent and answered all my questions regarding my garage conversion to a one bedroom ADU. His team were all very professional and I appreciated his weekly email updates and progress reports. Bryan provided an estimate of 3 months to complete the project, however, his team completed the project a couple of weeks early. I am so happy with the final result and Bryan made with I thought was going to be a stressful project into a seamless project. In this day and age it is rare to receive quality customer service but you can still find quality customer service, professionalism and fair pricing with Hostetler Construction.

Hostetler Construction was booked months out when we first contacted Bryan regarding a rebuild due to water damage. After obtaining 8 to 10 quotes from several contractors, none of them felt like a good fit for various reasons. Three months later, we still had not found a contractor that we were comfortable with or that we felt was trustworthy, so we called Bryan Hostetler back again. You could tell by speaking with Bryan that he runs an honest business with the focus on good customer service. Hostetler Construction is in high demand and still made time for our home repair project. We cannot say enough about Bryan Hostetler's outstanding hands on approach and communication during the entire process. TOP NOTCH CONTRACTOR ALERT!!!

It's hard to find a good contractor. I've experienced the work done by an excellent contractor, an average contractor, and a terrible contractor in the past. This time around we were very lucky to find Bryan at Hostetler Construction to complete our master bathroom project. Bryan falls into the category of an excellent contractor. He was honest, upfront, and clear about the cost, expected timeline, and details of the work he and his crew would be completing.

Bryan provided us with a detailed quote. He came over and sat down with us explaining each part of the quote and the type of work to be done and parts/materials that would be needed for each area. He provided a timeline for the completion of the job and explained his crew would be working up to six days a week.

Once we signed the contract and the work began, Bryan's communication was great. He would call or text us to constantly keep us up to date on the following day's work schedule. His employees were friendly, always on time, took pride in their work, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.

There was an issue with the shower tile after it was installed. The issue was the fault of the manufacturer. When we notified Bryan he sent his tile guy back out to fix the issue immediately.

Overall, it was a great experience. The bathroom turned out even better than we imagined. We will be calling Bryan for any future home remodels.

If you are looking for an honest contractor that is going to provide quality craftsmanship at a fair price, then you definitely need to call Bryan from Hostetler Constructions.

Hostettler Construction just completed building a free-standing one-bedroom/one-bath ADU behind our house. We are totally satisfied with the work Bryan, his crew and subs did on our project. Bryan distinguished himself from the field of other recommended builders we spoke with by being very proactive- asking to visit the property on our first phone call, taking the time to understand what we wanted and the nature of the site. With the full understanding that we were considering other builders, Bryan took the time to prepare a preliminary budget for the project, which was extremely helpful.
We clearly made the right decision in hiring Hostettler Construction for our project. Bryan initially estimated the project would be completed three months after beginning construction. In fact the project was totally completed and passed all final inspections in two months and ten days! Bryan is very well organized and has an excellent crew and group of subs. There was no down time as the work proceeded.
The project came in on budget, and the few change orders that were required were easily agreed upon. We appreciated Bryan's staying in close communication with us all the way through. He is very responsive to customer requests and questions. The weekly updates he provided by email were especially helpful.

My wife and I highly recommend Hostetler Construction to anyone looking for a good contracting company for home renovations and upgrades. We recently completed upgrades to our 30+ year old master bathroom and bedroom. Bryan and his teams were amazingly prompt when showing up for work, paid amazing attention to detail, even pointing out some things that I might consider which I hadn't considered before when trying to figure out what to do for my Master Bath / Shower, and they were always polite. I was particularly impressed that they were considerate enough to lay down protective covering on our floors, and created barriers to isolate their work area from the rest of the house, and they cleaned up every day after themselves.

The cost of the project fell into the range that I expected, and even when I made multiple requests for other additional things to be done and add to the project, Bryan was able to accommodate me on the fly.

Having done several major home repairs (for other past projects), I have dealt with a number of other contractors in the past, and I'd say that Hostetler Construction is truly the best crew I've worked with, and would not hesitate to use them again.
