We're really glad we chose Hostetler Construction for our project. In fall 2024, we did a 320 sq foot addition that included a laundry room, office nook, and walk-in closet. The whole experience for us was 5-star.

Bryan was straightforward and honest with the quote and time it would take to finish our project. He and his team are very polite and professional, very capable and their attention to detail was fantastic. They took really good care of our home and we are so happy with the end result!

Communication was excellent! Bryan was involved with our project from beginning to end. He gave us weekly updates and always contacted us asap when there was something unexpected or a home owner decision needed to be made. Having Bryan manage our project made the whole experience less stressful for us. Even after work was completed, my mom wanted a couple minor things done and Bryan addressed them right away.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have chosen Hostetler Construction to build a one- bedroom ADU on our property in Upland for our adult son. We strongly recommend Hostetler Construction for home construction and ADU projects.

Our ADU process was straightforward, transparent and honest; congenial from start to finish. Inevitably, various surprises emerged when the digging began, but everything was taken care of, and the project did not stall. We are extremely happy with the ADU, which looks awesome in the back yard, and is filled with every important detail and IT upgrade that our millennial son (who is a teacher) required.

Working with Hostetler Construction, and especially given Bryan's personal involvement and close consultation every step of the way, was priceless. He understood that we needed detailed explanations, and he patiently provided them, sometimes more than once. Bryan's team management skills are outstanding. He has hired a group of extremely capable, pleasant, and hard-working individuals who exude the ethic of optimal teamwork and are great multi-taskers.

The Hostetler Construction crew also deserves great praise. Each member of his crew is professional, knowledgeable, exceedingly competent, very polite - and super pleasant to have in our backyard for several months. They were excellent communicators, all of them.

The Hostetler Construction management and crew are honest and forthright. They began the project on time, and it was finished on time. Despite the hard work, some of which took place in the middle of a very hot summer with high temperatures, Bryan and his team worked well with each other at a rapid pace.

They were also always available to answer questions and problem solve when pre-existing issues came to the fore that had not been included in the contract.

We would like to comment on the phenomenal camaraderie we witnessed at Hostetler Construction. The crew clearly like their jobs, they are thriving professionally and personally, and they are very loyal to the firm and its clients. Three outstanding employees at Hostetler Construction deserve to be singled out:

1. Parker, the overall manager of the project, is knowledgeable, calm, and a 'thinker.' Trained as a plumber and electrician, he thrives on accuracy and thoughtfulness. An excellent communicator. He is often seen consulting the maps and the design of the project, making phone calls, solving problems, and ensuring that everything goes smoothly. He was the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. He even advised us on our sprinkler system as a courtesy.
2. Noah is a very capable young man, fit, energic, and extremely pleasant. He is the deputy manager of the project. Trained as an electrician, roofer, and knowledgeable about plumbing, he is an expert on framing and putting up walls. Like many other members of Bryan's team, he does all jobs, big or small. When we saw Noah entering the scene, we knew immediately that a special skill was needed that day. He is called for particular jobs, jobs that require Noah to do that task and to solve that problem.
3. Eric has an outstanding, dynamic personality; a smile does not leave his face even in 100-plus degree temperatures. An excellent multi-tasker and communicator, he worked fast and hard, both inside and outside of the ADU structure. A good problem-solver; his expertise includes electricity and plumbing; he can fix or repair just about anything. Eric is known as ""Magic Eric"" as he works as a magician and solves any difficult problems. He is extremely pleasant and cheerful.

The BEST! Our project was a whole house renovation that we continued to live in for the 4-month duration. We were provided a complete itinerary & they never missed a beat. This family owned company is top notch, considerate & kind, great planners & follow-thru. The crew is punctual, organized, clean, non-smoking, polite, detail oriented & conscientious. This review is way overdue but better late than never! Boy what a great experience we had with Hostetler Construction! From the very beginning, Bryan heard the vision my wife and I wanted for our project, and executed it to perfection from beginning to end! To start, the bid he gave was very fair and right in the budget we were looking for. He recommended an architect to use which we did and he was also great to work with. Let the project begin. I've never had a contractor communicate and follow through on exactly what they told me was going to happen daily. Bryan and his team did! Weekly updates or more if needed. Team was here everyday that they were scheduled to be here! Very polite to my family while working here, along with maintaining a high level of cleanliness during the project. The quality of work was top notch I was impressed! They finished well within the expected timeline that was given to me. I know that picking contractors can be sometimes tricky for a lot of different reasons. Give Bryan and his team a try! You won't be disappointed! I found my contractor for all future projects for my home small or big!

We had a shower with a crack in the tub floor and needed to replace the entire unit. Because our master bath is very small, the replacement required moving a vanity out of the way and then replacing it. I was very pleased with all stages of our experience with Hostetler Construction, from the initial evaluation of the project to the finished product.
