We had Hoss Plumbing out to replace a toilet and to switch out the outside hose bibbs. I have arthritic hands and I needed a hose bib with a lever rather than the standard round handle so it would be easier for me to use. One of the hose bibs was close to an outside shade, and I explained to him that the lever needed to be positioned so when the shade came down it cleared the faucet. I didn't check this until after he had left, and when I lowered the shade, boom! It hit the faucet and the shade could not be lowered. I immediately called him and he said he would get back to me. I never heard from him. When we had someone else out to fix his error, he showee us the hose bibb he had removed. The picture below shows that hose bibb, notice the label says ""Not for potable water use"". Really!!?? My dog drinks the outside water, and luckily I had no children that might drink out of the hose. Why would you even choose that kind of hose bibb?? When he replaced the toilet, he scratched our travertine floor tile. It was weeks later when I had occasion to flush the toilet more than once , that I noticed water coming out from under the toilet where it meets the floor. When we had someone else out to fix it, they said the toilet had not been seated properly over the wax seal and that's why it was leaking. It had been leaking the whole time but was only visible after multiple flushes when there was enough water to come out from under the toilet. Eric seems like a nice guy and sounds helpful, but his work is shoddy and we had to pay double for someone else to come out and fix his poor work. He is the owner (recently purchased the Plumb Happy business) and you would think he would take pride in his work and want to keep Plumb Happy customers,, but that was not our experience.

Needed our home fully re-plumbed due to the original now banned PBE piping. Seemed like a reasonable estimate but once the work was underway and it's now complete, several things have come up:
1. was supposed to receive new bathtub shower and faucet hardware from Benjamin supply. Nope, not even close.
2. Huge holes made and drywall taken away. Required an additional $4500 in drywall repair.
3. two exterior faucets were not secured to anything so they were going to break off at the wall.
4. Bathtub faucet, that new one, is not secured to anything either so it will also break off and/or allow water from the shower into the wall now.

appears the owner doesn't supervise his workers very well or check the work quality before saying it's done and handing us the bill!
