I live in another State and was in a pinch for a plumber for my rental property. He came highly recommended this was back in 2015. If I have a situation, I'll call and if I have to leave a message, I'll get a return call back same day! My last tenant left my rental home a disaster & with COVID-19 no traveling at that time end of March. He had to replace sprinkler main system & all wiring, new water softener & now a water filtration system. He made the process super easy & didn't break the bank! We bought a house in late January. After moving in we found several items that were in need of repair or replacement; and, some we had no idea were present. As a result, we tried to find a plumber that could address the problems.

We found Shannon at Horsman Plumbing. Shannon came over, took a look at the issues and provided us an estimate, at no charge, for the repairs and replacement. In investigating the problems, Shannon found our water pressure at the house was approximately 105 psi; which, according to him was almost twice what code requires for residential homes.

Shannon ordered the necessary items and then put a pressure regulator on at the water main. This reduced the pressure at the house to 60 psi, which according to him will extend the life span of all of our faucets, water softener, and plumbing related items. He completed the remainder of the work on time and for a very reasonable cost.

We could not be more thankful for finding an honest and hardworking plumber.
