They scheduled a site visit within the week and were very prompt to reply via email. They did the job, I didn't even have to be there, sent the report to the city and sent me the invoice. I first called upon Horn's Backflow and Plumbing services to do our backflow test this year. They found a small leak down at our main water pipes and fixed for us the same day, saving us a ton of money as we were never even alerted that we had a leak.
When we got hit with the severe storm earlier this month, Horn's Backflow & Plumbing fleet came to my home in the dark, during freezing rain and hail and hydro jetted our drains, removing decades worth of roots and debris. I was outside using plungers because I didnt even know that our situation was so extreme. They saved us from extensive damage as the water was already coming in from the outside. Again they came the next am to do the other side of the property.
Their other department of their company is now doing the restoration and remediation of our home and saying they are a Godsend is an understatement. Hope you never need emergency services but should you have the need, Call Horn's immediately.

We had water pressure issue and we called Few places with no response but when we called BUD the manager he showed up and looked at our Water regulator and cleaned it and man the pressure it's like nothing before .Awesome work By BUD:)
I highly recommend Horn backflow to everyone and already have my neighbors calling him :)

This guy parks right in front of the building entrance and won't move his car so I can enter. Says he's ""working on it"" but they just stand their chatting for 20 mins. You need to get your work done and GTFO!

Look no further for a plumber. THIS IS THE BEST of THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY. I had a problem with my water heater and received a call back from Bruce immediately. He had his technician Neal come out and diagnose the problem. Both Bruce and Neal are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My old water heater was taken out and a new one was installed. They did there work and were very precise on what they were going to do. Cleaned up and were very courteous. From Kim, John, and Jim - thank you for all your hard work in getting me a new water heater. Bruce and Neal - thank you for installing this water heater. OUTSTANDING JOB and GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Horn Plumbing. It's a family owned business that has been in SCV for years. They fixed our leaks and replaced our regulator (which is an issue with many homes in our neighborhood) quickly and at a nominal cost. They also have an infrared device which checks for leaks before cutting into walls and ceilings. Also, the ladies in the office are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Great company!

They came to do work where I live without notifying me of the work 24 hours prior, as my car was in front of the wall they were going to work on. They continued to work on the brick wall anyways and dent the entire front of my car, plus cracked my windshield. I called the company, received a call back from the Owner himself, Bruce stated that, my car just needed to be washed and that his workers told him that my car had no dents whatsoever then again stated that they told him the dents were already there before they started the work. He then said his insurance company would be calling me. 2 weeks later still no call !!!!
