Our builders contracted Horner Plumbing for our new home. We were having issues with the toilets draining frequently and contacted them about the problem.The woman who helped coordinate the technicians was terrific. They had several people come out while trying to address the problem and we were very pleased with how helpful and pleasant each person was. They honored the warranty and replaced all the flush valves which completely resolved the issue. We highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

They replaced a popup drain in our bathroom. A month after it was installed it started to rust and continues to this day. I sent them a message on their web site, but I didn't receive any response from them.

I gave Horner a call because I needed some plumbing product and service and the experience was just awesome. The fellas over their assisted me with picking out product and came out once the product was in an installed everything in a professional manner. A-1 service by my standards!

I phoned Horner Plumbing a few weeks ago about switching out two shower kits for two bathrooms. I was told it would take 16 hours for one shower, and I would need to do a complete remodel. I just had a master plumber from another company take 3 hours to do the job at a very reasonable rate. Being a woman I wonder if the man at Horner Plumbing was trying to bamboozle me. This company does not have integrity in my opinion.
