WONDERFUL SERVICE. After wasting water for over a month. I needed somebody to come and fix my problem. I called Wayne yesterday around 4:30 pm he called me back within 5 minutes and offered me to take a look of two facets that were leaking today. Wayne came today to see the problem, I was not home, Wayne called me to tell me the the problem was fixed.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR PLUMBER. WAYNE HORNE IS THE ONE.

I called Wayne after reading his Yelp reviews and I have to say that all of the 5* reviews are totally legit. I needed a plumber to run a gas line from our meter to the fireplace for a gas log insert. He's personable, does a great job and leaves everything clean and neat when he's finished. Even more important is the fact that he's reliable...he calls when he says he will call back and shows up when promised. My job was delayed several weeks because I believed another plumber when he kept promising to get back to me to schedule the work. Do yourself a favor and check with Wayne first; you won't regret it!

We had Wayne come by as soon as he could for what I described as nuisances, as opposed to emergencies. One hot water handle was stuck and our garbage disposal was acting funny. As it turned out, getting the hot water handle off was really hard. It was frozen tight. He refused to give up and it finally came loose. Upon inspection, it was the valve and not the handle that was stuck. He actually took it home with him to work on in his shop. As for the garbage disposal, he picked one up on the way in and offered to discard the old one.

He did a lot more than was talked about when he gave a us a quote, but he stuck to it. Nice.

Wayne Horne Plumbing is the Plumbing whisperer! I got the referral from my neighbors who had great service from him. I had gotten one local estimate for my water heater and it seemed high. I was right. Wayne started the ""fix"" via sending pictures of my water heater via the phone so he could see what kind I had. He instructed me to call for the part he needed directly to the manufacturer. When it arrived we scheduled him to change the part out and his verbal quote was exactly how long it took him to do it! While he was there, I mentioned that I dropped a jewelry pendant down my bathroom sink and it was caught in the trap. Not only did he retrieve it but found my lost earrings as well! He did not charge me for that part and his other bill was less than half of his competition. I will definitely be using him again and will be sure to tell 10 friends to tell 10 friends to tell 10 friends...etc.!!!!!

Thank you Wayne! You fixed the water pipe in just a few minutes, restored our water flow all for a very reasonable fee.
After calling six local plumbers...3 called me back, one didn't cross the bridge, another gave me a quote that was ridiculously high and then Wayne called, said he could be at my house in an hour and saved the day! I highly recommend his work.

Not at all surprised he has 5 stars, this guy is amazing. He was able to fit us in to his schedule in a completely reasonable amount of time, and fixed our problem very quickly. Also, he assessed some other issues we had and gave us great advice on how to deal with them!

I called Wayne after finding him on Yelp and am so glad I did. An honest and personable man who knows what he's doing. Figured out my sewer/water leak problem in no time flat, replaced an ancient cast-iron pipe and Bam! problem solved. His service charge was much less than I expected, and I've already told him I'd call him again in a heartbeat. Wayne is the guy to call if you need any plumbing repairs.

Wayne came to our house on Jan.14th. He was right on time, handed me his business card and went right to work.(we had talked earlier on the phone so he knew what needed to be repaired). While he was working he would tell me what he was doing and why (I appreciated that). The plumbing issue was repaired and resolved in an hour. Sweet! Look no further, Wayne is the guy to call! I've called on him twice, first to repair my water main that was stuck, then to check a leaking pipe in the kitchen and give all the water sources in the house the once-over. The first time, he got here within an hour of calling him, diagnosed the problem, left and bought the parts, then came back and did the repair, all in the span of about 3 hours. The second time, I left a voice mail which he returned in 10 minutes. He was booked for a few days, and since the leak wasn't bad we scheduled an appointment for the next week. He called back 2 days later saying a customer postponed and he came over within the hour. This time after diagnosing the problems -- garbage disposal, sink stainer, and improper fitting for the water filter on the fridge -- he proceeded to educated us on how to fix each, gave us recommendations on the best products to buy, and told us to call him if we had any problems with the installs.

In both instances his prices were MORE than fair. It's hard to say which quality is his best: his customer service, knowledge, pricing, or his geniality. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
