We are in the midst of purchasing a new home and we needed to inspect the plumbing right away. After searching and calling all day we found Horne Plumbing! Their customer service went above and beyond. We needed the inspection to be right away, they scheduled us in for the next day. The inspector arrived on time to meet with the realtors. Took video footage and sent a report with a quote. I highly recommend them, once we purchase the home we will definitely be contacting them to fix the minor plumbing issues. If you're looking for a company that treats your urgencies as their own, give them a call. I have yet to hear back from the other plumbing companies.

Make sure you get a quote for parts AND labor. Was given a quote and was not told it didn't include labor. A job I thought was going to cost X ended up costing double. I do not recommend doing business with them.

We had a serious drain pipe leak. Horne Plumbing was not only the lowest responsive bidder for the job but did fantastic work. They scheduled quickly, arrived on time, and finished on time. What more can you ask.

This is usually my go to company for any plumbing I need. I've been working with them for years and only trust Scott to do the plumbing work. As a landlord on my last project, I tried a """"handy man"""" because I wanted to combine the plumbing work with several other jobs (painting, shed removal on the property, tile work, electrical, etc) to save money. Massive mistake as I had to call Horne Plumbing and redo all the plumbing work. That reinforces the idea that only Scott will from now on do any of the plumbing work at all properties my wife and I own.

Scam of a company. Their customer service is horrible. Their plumber Scott came to our home to do clear a clogged drain. We decide to do a camera snake for $550 just to investigate and make sure there were no serious issues with our plumbing and before Scott, before he even took a look at the lines he decided to fault out toilets as the issue and proceeded to tell us that was the cause. Keep in mind we just remodeled the entire home and have brand new toilets installed. Within 15 minutes of being on the roof he returned to say the toilet was the issue and he cleared the line. Three days later the clog returned, so I contacted the company on the Saturday and they were closed, Scott was the emergency plumber in duty and he promptly told me there are no guarantees and for him to come back out it would be $250 but he's busy all Saturday so he can make it Sunday for $350 since it's an emergency. I advised I don't mind paying again for him to return but didn't think it was fair to charge full price since I paid for 2 hours of camera work 3 days before and he left within 30 minutes of arriving to our home. After about 5 minutes of conversation and asking to speak with a manger or someone that can assist me he decided to hang up on me. Not sure what he did for $550 but we had another company come out did the snake clearing for $250 and it's been almost 3 weeks with no issues. Also note they don't accept any forms of payment that can be reversed or challenged, cash only...buyer beware.
